Besides the employee's hear having a tendency to call me King Daddy. This place is amazing. The manager is Juan heck of guy. Knowledgeable, A-1 customer service, and 4 times out if 10 actually happy to see I'm spending money here. The rest have followed his example just way better. I love you Oriellys. This place really makes you feel like you've really Juan here.

I thought I needed a new battery but these folks tested it and told me it just needed to be charged. I couldn’t believe they didn’t try to push a new battery on me.

They refused to help us with a battery change after they had already sold us on buying a new battery that they would be able to. They also did not bother to help us jump start the car so that we can go to another auto parts store that can actually help us with this. I have been to many O'Reilly Auto Parts in the Houston Area when I need something on the go and never had any issues until this one.

A company that is supposed to help the people find the right part to fix their vehicles, throws that very concept away to chase profit over anything else. Bought a fuel injector for 147 dollars, installed it, noticed that my vehicle's performance was not great, planned on returning but then they said "we can't do that". Why? Since when we became so predatory? This is not what helping the people means.
