I’ve never had an issue personally, I’ve always heard things (from my husband) but yesterday did it for me… some girl answered I called about my order to see if it was ready for pickup she had an attitude From the get go “did you not get the confirmation email” biiiiiih sometimes O’Reilly doesn’t even send the email that it’s ready I know this from past experiences…. Anyway I remained polite cause f her… it was 8:16pm they close at 9pm I guess she felt some type of way when I told her “no I didn’t get an email but I’m calling because it’s a little over an 1hr and it said my order would be ready within an hour.” You guys this female puts me on hold at 8:16pm I realized she was not coming back to give me an update when it was 9pm (they close at 9pm)… talk about petty as*.
If y’all didn’t have the part yall could’ve just said that. I was polite from the get go and I honestly never gave her a reason to be such a b to me.

Went in on 4/9/24 to get a battery for my car as mine had died at work. Marquez was friendly, fast and had a great attitude and personality. He had mentioned that he had just got promoted and well I can see why! I’ll definitely be back if I need anything for my vehicle.

Excellent ? service in Spanish we need more staff who speak Spanish for better service to Latin people or people who do not speak English ? it would be better in all store establishments thank you ?
