Oliver customer service has been truly amazing. We purchased two attires from him. One outfit was a Wedding Suit and the other outfit was Traditional African Attire. Both fabrics were of high quality and we are extremely pleased. Highly recommend!

Oliver and Herald were top tier. The customer service was truly amazing. They delivered under the expected time. Oliver ensured he could get it back to us under 3 weeks. He was patient and helped out when his expertise on things I never would have thought was needed for prom. You guys need to try OQUA out. Truly amazing.

Just picked up my tux! First custom suit I’ve ever ordered and everything was phenomenal. The fit was perfect, the material was exactly what I ordered and envisioned, and Oliver helped make my process so easy. Can’t recommend highly enough. Sending anybody I know his way!

Buyer beware!!!!! Absolutely the worst place in Houston to purchase a suit! Read my review, AND the other one star reviews, this place should be shut down!!!!The customer service is very fraudulent and quality of suits are poor. Went to order custom suit in Dec 2023 for a New Years event. Customer service was absolutely horrible, the store rep does not know how to properly measure, speech was poor, and the store isn’t well maintained. Still gave it a shot, but unfortunately the store rep took incomplete measurements and failed to provide confirmation my suit would be ready in time. The prices are astronomical, and two other customers were present in store with the same complaints!DO NOT SPEND YOUR HARD EARNED MONEY HERE!!!!
