Absolutely terrible service. I call constantly, get different answers, no one understands why everyone else doesnt know whats going on. As a patient, I must know EVERY detail of my order exactly as told to them from my doctor or who knows what they'd be doing/not doing with me! I only have received health-crippling stress and misinformation that ends in "someone else" has to call me back but No One ever follows through with the information or simply letting me know when I'm scheduled. If you need infusion services, I will pray for you. It will go better than dealing with this infusion pharmacy, even if you don't believe in God- at least you won't get any information! Knowing the truth about this pharmacy and their corporate office is PAINFUL. I'D RATHER GET A FOUR HOUR INFUSION THAN DEAL WITH THEM.
