After looking at 32 stores for new workout shoes, we finally found a pair that worked! Jareco (I'm so sorry cuz I know I spelled that wrong) helped us find the perfect pair for my husband. The process was extremely helpful and thorough. They have you walk without shoes to evaluate the way you walk in order to determine what type of shoe you'd need, after carful evaluation, they size your foot and bring you several pairs to try. Jareco was extremely patient, kind, and supportive. You even get a "punch card" so you buy 6 pairs of shoes and get 1 free! Wonderful experience and really appreciated Jareco's assistance!! Highly recommend! (Sorry again for misspelling your name. You're awesome!!!)

Have been here a few times and every time, I feel like a ghost. Nobody acknowledges me when I enter and nobody offers to help me find what I’m looking for. Couldn’t get anyone to get me a pair of shoes to try on or even acknowledge I exist. I’d be more than happy to support my local running store but they don’t have anything REI doesn’t have, and REI has one thing they don’t—customer service

My Podiatrist sent me to On The Run to be fitted for shoes. I have a small wide foot with high arches and am about to have two surgeries. The nice ladies at this store helped me find the right fit and ordered the shoes I needed. The difference it made was amazing. I will be returning to order another pair very soon to use on my upcoming Alaskan cruise.

This is the perfect place to get reliable and high quality running shoes. When you arrive the employees will watch you walk and size you correctly. They only hold the brands with the best reputation for being great running shoes. You won't get Nikes or Adidas. They gave me a 10% discount when I asked if there are any deals so be sure to ask! I was in and out in 5 min because I just wanted to rebuy my old running shoes that were worn in. If you want to go in just to try on they won't put on the pressure on to buy. Also if you buy 6 shoes you get the 7th free!

I actually stumbled upon this place because of a tiktok! And I'm glad I did, the staff was extremely friendly and helpful. The staff performed some type of foot analysis as I walked back and forth barefoot which let me know that I had a foot pronation. Finding shoes that were made for my foot was so easy! I definitely recommend this place to anymore looking for new sneakers, even if it's not for running!
