Franco’s team did an amazing job on our addition/remodel to our 1960’s ranch. They were so honest and caring and really listened to what we wanted. They were reasonably priced and did not nickel and dime us for add-ons. We would highly recommend.

Franco, Judyth and the Olivo team did a great job with our garage apartment. The quality of work is very good and we are pleased with the final product. They had great recommendations for how to set things up and were flexible throughout the project as we had to make some changes. We did have some minor inspection/permitting hiccups but these were largely out of Olivo’s control and they helped us through it!

Franco and the Olivo Remodeling Team were a dream to work with and we would highly recommend them for any of your remodeling needs. They helped us out with a very extensive remodeling project of taking our 3/2/2 house to a 4/3/2 with a bonus room. This was quite an extensive project and Olivo Remodeling delivered every step of the way. We found them to be extremely fair and honest, which is something hard to come by in the contractor/remodeling business. Olivo Remodeling went above and beyond to make sure they delivered exactly what we wanted. They got the job done in a timely matter and we couldn't be happier with our final results. We really enjoyed working with the team at Olivo Remodeling and have even spoke with them about some future projects. We have referred them to several of our friends and family, which have also used them. Trust me, I know how stressful it can be to pick the right contractor/remodeler, I interviewed over 30. We contracted with Olivo to remodel our small "master" bathroom. The original layout of the bathroom was not allowing for a larger shower space. They recommended moving the toilet and getting a smaller vanity to fit a larger shower. They provided 3D renderings (free) to envision what they proposed doing. This helped a LOT when we decided to go with that layout. Our smaller bathroom remodel took about 3 weeks and the crew was all friendly and cleaned up well. The crew did an amazing job on the project and we were very pleased. We picked out many of the finishings and fixtures but if needed they can provide guidance on where to buy certain items for the remodel. We would definitely work with Olivo and his team again for any future remodeling needs.Service: Remodeling

We have been contemplating this Project to do a garage addition to our existing home. We started the bid process about 2 years ago, we found Olivo's bid to be very competitive among others. Now that our project is completed, we are extremely pleased with the quality of work. Although we did have a small issue with our fence line early on, Franco was really quick to respond and remediate the issue. Franco is really one of the most responsive contractors I have worked with (and I have worked with several). Unlike some others, he always takes time to visit the job site, talks to the homeowners and treats his projects like his own home. During early construction walkdowns, he made some really good recommendations to provide us with additional storage space. This is what I call adding real value!! We were so pleased with him, we have already recommended him to several of our friends and will continue doing so. Hands down - the absolute BEST experience we have EVER had with any home remodel/addition. Franco with Olivo is unbelievably professional, hard-working, diligent and detail-oriented. We had Franco and his team do a big addition to our Heights home and it is simply gorgeous. He didn't cut any corners and made sure we were happy the entire process. Custom remodeling/building with A+ quality and service without the custom homebuilder price.I contracted Olivo Remodeling to build a ~550 square foot garage with a second story garage apartment. Olivo took the reins from start to finish and built an absolutely beautiful place.I started from bare ground without a design. Olivo prepared 3D plans and worked with me to get exactly what I wanted. When it came to permitting, Olivo took care of everything, including dealing with the Heights Historic District.During construction, Olivo was extremely diligent to always keep making progress. Several times, Olivo picked out things that looked fine, but didn't meet their own high expectations in order to redo.When it came time to make interior selections, Olivo was so helpful that I never felt that I needed to use a designer. I could choose based on previous custom work, or Olivo would work with me to come up with completely new custom solutions.I had zero experience with Olivo prior to this project and found them based on a google search. The people at Olivo are friendly, completely reliable, trustworthy, and were a pleasure to work with.I will absolutely use Olivo again for a custom master suite in the future.Services: General construction

Adding an in-law suite, w/kitchenette, to my home was a major endeavor for me and I wanted it built right. I wouldn’t see myself spending $60k - $70k and not be happy with the finished product. After getting the blueprints, I needed a General Contractor that knew his profession and had the people around him that could get the job done. After searching for several months and receiving numerous bids, I signed on with Olivo Remodeling. They thoroughly understood my project and budget. What I liked best about them was that I just didn’t see photos of their work, I actually went to several active worksites and talked to their customers in their homes. Meeting these people, getting their input and seeing the work being done in-person totally convinced me that these were the right people for the job.Never give half of the money upfront to Olivo Remodeling. They won’t except it. They laid out a production schedule with installments as the project moved forward. I was so impressed that I paid some installments in advance seeing the work as we went. If I had any questions or problems, they worked them out. They even made improvements that the designer had overlooked. I couldn’t have been happier with the work they had done. Olivo Remodeling was excellent at meeting the needs of our home remodel. They listened to the request of our family and made recommendations that were even better than our drawings & ideas.
