“As a patient at MD Anderson many can understand that my stress levels have been high lately. Jill allowed me to "test" a massage chair. She was very sweet to me and assisted other customers with kindness and consideration while I was there.
I ended up buying a wedge cushion to alleviate some of the spinal pressure I have from sitting/driving for long periods of time and I got a brochure on a phenomenal chair.

I called and was transferred to Jorge, and he took the time not just to solve the problem but to research to find a long-lasting solution. Since I have an ARM processor, the sharp driver installation did not recognize my operating system. Jorge handled my issue with professionalism and explained to me in detail what happened. “I found the store ad on Instagram. The store is in Texas. I called Jennifer the following day. She honored the price I found on instagram advertisement even though the ad was few month old! I live in Michigan. I ordered a TV stand called Ayman from the store that day. Even though they didn’t have it in stock. It was manufactured in Turkey, it arrived to the store in Texas and they inspected it. It arrived to Michigan, our house today with a special drivers from the store! Twenty hours driving. They did an amazing job. I highly recommend the store. I highly recommend Jennifer the sales associate and the drivers as well. I couldn’t have been happier!”

Without this important speciality part, I am not able to operate my equipment. Gil and Rick worked relentlessly to make sure it was sourced and arrived just in time. They even reached out to my business partner in order to double confirm that the shipping address I provided was correct to avoid any delays since it was going to another place other than Austin. This took way more additional effort on their end since they had to go look up her information on my website, and I was not reachable due to horrible signal and cell service in the hill country. “I've shopped there 6-8 times. I love it that when I make a mistake it's no problem, it was affordable, and everyone wants my mistakes. I settled on a chair that was $300 for me but $1800 when it was new, and a standing desk that works great for me and for my space, and a rolling file cabinet with padded top. Going back today to browse.”

“Ever since the pandemic started, I had been looking for an ergonomic chair for working from home. The issue was that I wanted to be able to test out some of the different chairs on the market before making a decision.This location is awesome!! They are certified partners with Steelcase, and I was able to make an appointment and test out all of the chairs in person. I didn't feel rushed at all, and was given guidance on what to look for when picking a chair that was perfect for me.They also have the latest in office furniture, and it is just super cool to check it all out. Additionally, I felt completely safe the entire time, as everyone followed COVID protocols.Jessica provided exceptional customer service for me end-to-end! “Travis at Laser Imaging is just an awesome, honest person. Twice now he has saved me money. First time was when my heavy HP printer/copier/scanner stopped printing properly. I brought it over and he diagnosed the problem as the machine needing a new expensive part (don’t remember name) and it was gonna cost me hundreds to fix. OR he said I could cut my losses and just buy a new one. That’s what I decided to do. I bought the brand he recommended (Brother) and loved it. Cheaper by hundreds of dollars than the HP and lighter yet with better reviews. Then I accidentally dropped something heavy on the Brother and cracked the control screen. It would no longer respond to my pressing commands on the screen. Called Travis again, and again he saved me about $150 by replacing my screen with one in his used copier “boneyard” and in ONE DAY I was back up and running. I am so impressed by Travis and recommend this company highly as long as Travis works there!”

My experience was wonderful from the time I walked in to the time I left. Michelle, our sales rep, was great to work with throughout the entire process. She took my calls/texts/emails at all hours to ensure our project was exactly what we wanted and completed on time.
