I live in Michigan. I ordered a TV stand called Ayman from the store that day. Even though they didn’t have it in stock. “Travis at Laser Imaging is just an awesome, honest person. Twice now he has saved me money. First time was when my heavy HP printer/copier/scanner stopped printing properly. I brought it over and he diagnosed the problem as the machine needing a new expensive part (don’t remember name) and it was gonna cost me hundreds to fix. OR he said I could cut my losses and just buy a new one. That’s what I decided to do. I bought the brand he recommended (Brother) and loved it. Cheaper by hundreds of dollars than the HP and lighter yet with better reviews. Then I accidentally dropped something heavy on the Brother and cracked the control screen. It would no longer respond to my pressing commands on the screen. Called Travis again, and again he saved me about $150 by replacing my screen with one in his used copier “boneyard” and in ONE DAY I was back up and running. I am so impressed by Travis and recommend this company highly as long as Travis works there!”
