I've been meaning to leave a review all week but kept forgeting. I was at the Eldridge location this past Monday to get some items for my business, my wife normally goes but I'm glad I went. My experience was wonderful from the time I walked in to the time I left. Jonathan was very helpful in assisting me to locate items I needed, Robin advised me self-service would be easy since regular print was already closed and it was and the little sweet cashier Kaitlyn was very kind and professional. I understood why my wife enjoys coming to this location and was fortunate to run into some of her favorites. In all thank you Jonathan, Robin & Kaitlyn for my joyful visit.

I was here the other day with my brother looking to mass print and Steven helped us out very effectively and was literally the nicest and friendliest employee ever. He was especially helpful after we had some setbacks at another location.

They closed 10 minutes early and they turned off the power on everyone while they were printing to kick them out. Ridiculous.

Service was super fast, the manager was awesome , friendly and understanding BUT i'll give 2 stars because it was unusually warm in there in the summer heat, more like hot . Spent about 10-15 mins and felt so light-headed fanning myself with copier papers. Please fix this.

So this Office Depot is a joke. They see the customers waiting patiently and they still choose to ignore us. I will be calling the manager tomorrow. Like get it together. The customer service was terrible. Meanwhile we are just waiting…. No hi or hello ma’am we’ll get to you. Nothing. When you know better, do better.

I went to 2 OD locations on Westhiemer and Westhiemer and Eldridge , these people are not interested in helping people like me , and I don’t need to explain that one. Needed some business card help and they basically ignored me , and kept telling to use the website. The website is hard to use and the design is horrible.A white female walked in and all of a sudden 3 guys chatting it up smiling and being very helpful to her. This is how small print shops get business. Bye.

excellent customer service from the whole staff I’m a mobile mobile notary in the area and I come here for all my advertising needs. I feel like family
everytime I come here. Steven always helps me out superb he always goes out his way to help me on complicating advertising needs when no one else wants to help me. I have been to several ofc depot and this is the only one that makes me not feel just like a number. Thank you steven for always having a great humor and helping my business advertising printing needs.
