IF I CAN GIVE 0 START I WILL, DON'T COME TO THIS PLACE UNLESS YOU WANT TO WAIT UNTIL THE EMPLOYEES WILL HAVE THE DESIRE TO ATTEND YOU OR YOU HAVE A LOT A TIME TO SPEND IT THERE!!! I NEVER HAVE THIS HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE... WE WERE ON A LINE FOR 2 HOURS!!!! WE CALLED THE SUPERVISOR AND THE GUY NEVER COME TO HELP, HE JUST APOLOGIZED AND LEFT. WE WERE LIKE 10 PERSONS ON TH LINE WAITING FOR MORE THAN 2 HOURS....PLEASE OWNER OR MANAGER OF THE STORE DO SOMETHING INSTED TO BE ANSWERING NO SENSE OR APOLOGIZING...WE PAY FOR THE SERVICES IS NOT LIKE THE SERVICE IS FREE!!! NO RESPECT FOR THE CUSTOMER TIME!!!

DON'T NO ONE NEVER EVER GO TO THIS SORRY UNPROFESSIONAL STORE TO HAVE ANY WORK THAT NEEDS TO BE DONE. I TOOK A FLYER IN TO HAVE IT MADE TO A YARD SIGN. IT WAS MESSED UP MULTIPLE TIMES. I TOOK THIS IN ON SATURDAY, APRIL 13, 2024. THEY MESSED THE SIGNS UP FOUR TIMES BECAUSE THEY CHANGED MY ORIGINAL FLYER. WITH THE CHANGES THEY MADE THE SIGNS DID NOT LOOK GOOD. THEY WERE NOT FINISHED SATURDAY AS I WAS TOLD THAT THEY WOULD BE. THE WORKER AT THE STORE TOLD THIS TO ME. GETTING TO THE STORE, I WAS TOLD THIS COULD NOT HAPPEN UNTIL MONDAY. I WENT BACK ON MONDAY PICKED THE SIGNS UP. WENT HOME TO AND PUT THEM OUT. THAT'S WHEN I REALLY SAW THE MESS UP. I CALLED THE STORE TO LET THEM KNOW. I ASKED FOR THE STORE MANAGER AND NO INFORMATION WAS GIVEN. I LEFTED MY INFORMATION, ONLY NOT TO RECEIVE A RETURN TELEPHONE CALL FROM THE STORE MANAGER. I ACTUALLY HAD TO CALL BACK HAD TO HOLD ON THE TELEPHONE FOR MORE THEN 30 MINUTES TO TALK WITH HIM. I EXPLAINED THE SITUATION TO HIM AND HE TOLD ME TO BRING MY FLYER ON A FLASH DRIVE USB WITH ONLY THAT ON IT. I ASKED HIM WHAT TO DO WITH SIGNS THAT I HAD. HE SAID THROW THEM OUT OR KEEP THEM. THE NEXT MORNING I DID JUST THAT. ONCE I MADE IT TO THE STORE. THE YOUNG LADY IN THE PRINT SHOP TOOK THE USB TO MAKE THE CORRECT FLYER. HALFWAY BACK ON. I RECEIVED A TELEPHONE CALL WITH THEM SAYING THAT THE STORE MANAGER CALLED, SAYING BEFORE THEY COULD START REMAKING THE 7 NEW SIGNS FROM THE FLYER ON THE USB. I WERE ALSO TOLD BY THE MANAGER ON DUTY THAT THEY DON'T RECEIVED ANYTHING BY EMAIL. THAT'S NOT TRUE EITHER. THE MANAGER ON DUTY MONDAY, TOLD ME TO EMAIL THE FLYER TO THEM. THEN THEY STILL PRINTED THE WRONG ONE. THIS WAS JUST A MAJOR MESS. I HAD TO RETURN THE OTHER ONES. NOW THIS WAS ALREADY WEDNESDAY, APRIL 17, 2024. I FINALLY RECEIVED THE RIGHT FLYERS AFTER 3PM. I ASKED THEM TO HAVE HIM CALL ME. HE DID WITH AN ATTITUDE. I REMINDED HIM OF WHAT HE TOLD ME THE NIGHT BEFORE. HE SAID I DIDN'T TELL YOU THAT. I SAID IF YOU DID TELL ME TO THROW THEM OUT. I WOULD HAVE RETURNED THEM WHEN I CAME TO THE STORE THAT MORNING. THEY PUT ME THROUGH A MAJOR MAJOR INCONVENIENCE. BEING THIS BEING SUCH A BIG CORPORATION ONLY HAD THREE WORKERS IN THE STORE. 1 FRONT CASHIER, 1 PRINT SHOP PERSON DOING EVERYTHING IN THAT DEPARTMENT AND 1 MANAGER. THE PRINT SHOP WORKER HAD TO KEEP STOPPING TO HELP OTHER PEOPLE. SHE HAD A LINE OF PEOPLE, SOME PEOPLE LEFT OUT. THE MANAGER DID NOT EVEN KNOW THE STORE NUMBER BY MEMORY OR NOTHING ELSE THAT WAS ASKED OF HIM. HE HAD TO LOOK EVERYTHING UP. THE STORE MANAGER IS A SORRY LIAR. HE TELLS YOU ONE THING AND THEN CHANGE HIS MIND SAYING THAT HE DID NOT SAY THAT. THEY DON'T KNOW HOW TO REACH THEIR DISTRICT MANAGER. THEY SAID THAT HE DOESN'T LIKE TO BE CALLED (BUT THEY DON'T HAVE HIS NUMBER). THEY SAY THAT THEY DON'T HAVE HIS CONTACT INFORMATION THAT YOU HAVE TO CALL 1-800-GO-DEPOT. THAT TELEPHONE NUMBER IS A BIG JOKE. AFTER MULTIPLE TELEPHONE CALLS I FINALLY GOT THROUGH AFTER HOURS OF HOLDING. THEN THEY SENT THE INFORMATION TO THE WRONG STORE. THIS IS SO UNBELIEVABLE AND VERY, VERY SAD FOR ANYONE TO HAVE TO GO THROUGH UNPROFESSIONAL SITUATION. I'LL NEVER EVER GO BACK TO A OFFICE DEPOT. I STILL HAVE NOT TALKED WITH A DISTRICT MANAGER YET AND THIS IS THURSDAY, APRIL 18, 2024, 10:40PM, CST.
A VERY VERY VERY UNHAPPY NO LONGER CUSTOMER OF THIS CORPORATION.

worst experience ever. The store manager was not helpful at all. After asking me to fill out the form on the computer, he runs and hides. I waited 25 minutes and had go ask another employee to help me and yes, I read most of the very generic responses on this site, now I know where the Office Depot employees get it from. No personality. I already know the response I am going to get. So, to save time don't respond, I know the answer. I am just not going to Office Depot anymore.

This Office Depot is closest to Chinatown without toll. I ordered a laptop and it defaults to this store on Wilcrest Drive and Southwest Freeway near border to the city of Stafford. Ok. That's not my first choice but the website defaulted me to here. I'd rather shop at Westheimer by Wilcrest Drive in Westchase. I walked in to the store and looking for the online pickup sign. I guess by my posture, someone already noticed why I was there. At the same time, I saw the pickup sign and was about to press the button. "Don't you dare to press that!" I heard a man's voice behind me. I thought it was a joke. Ok. I turned around and politely asked to retrieve my merchandise. It took him a long time. I started to browse other laptops on the shelves. I was about to change my order to get the one on the shelf with better product... Thank God. He came back with my order. After I got home, I started searching for that display laptop. Wait, the models don't match. The bar code is for a less quality laptop. Shoot. That's bait and switch. No. No. No. Not coming back again.
