Hard to shop here. So I ordered online. Pickup was a little awkward. This store has not improved the lighting since I shopped here 6 years ago.

I ordered tax software to be downloaded plus the key. Easy plastic, right? Wrong. I had to go to store to pick up box. Looks like CD? Maybe. The newbie at cash register would not give me box (I had paid for it online) . Mr. Personality needed to call Herr Hans to ok Iit. Red flag 1. Herr manager comes and does let me verify the key by opening box. Again it's paid for. If I open box then I cannot return it. Really?Inept cashierRude managerPoor processNever buying anything here. Amazon was much easier. No wonder these people are going broke.The reply by the social media people at this company is indicative of the ineptness at this company. They are asking for location. It is already on Google Maps review. Duh!

Not sure why there are male employees working at this Office Depot store on Westheimer by Wilcrest but the men's restroom is locked with out of order sign. I can't shop here. They don't welcome male customers. So, I went home to order my ink cartridge. I placed order on Saturday January 13 at 11 pm. My email confirmation says "thanks for your order" at 11:05 pm. Next morning, I checked my email and nothing from Office Depot. I also checked spam box, nothing. Ok. I have a meeting nearby in the afternoon of Sunday January 14. Maybe I can pick up the order on the way home. But I checked my inbox, nothing from Office Depot. I couldn't go out due to the Arctic Blast. The roadways were very dangerous to drive one. So, I had to wait until Wednesday January 17 to pick up my order. At the store, it was already a chaos. A long line with only one cashier. A gentleman looked like a manager from the back to help me to retrieve my order. It took about 5 minutes for the pickup. I still haven't received any emails after I picked up. Today, I received an email from ODSURVEY to ask for my experience. You know what I am gonna say. "Very disappointing with your service... I'll order from another store from now on." Oh this survey is weird. I already said I don't want to answer any more questions, but it kept asking questions. Very frustrating.

I was compelled to write this review on this location on Westheimer Rd. I spent money at this location, after I was done with my purchase I went to use the restroom. Long story short, I had conversation with a supervisor so called Hanson. The men’s restroom was out of order. You needed a key for the bathroom. There was no female asking to use the ladies bathroom. He told me that the key was for ladies only. He was a real a-hole as a matter of a fact about. I will not be returning back to this location. Words of caution ⚠️ make sure you use the bathroom before going to this store. You have been warned ?. Also you are welcomed in advance.
