Horrible horrible horrible service.
I got charged for an order I never picked up. I literally just came in today to pick up 2 orders I had made. Come to find out, they said one had already been picked up. I never picked it up. They told me to call customer service and they couldn’t give me a refund or solution. The manager (service advisor) Jessica was very rude. She told me, “well that’s why it’s called a pick up order. Bc you’re supposed to pick up when you order it”. Ok???? We have a few days to pick up before the order is cancelled! Why would it matter if I picked it up with in the hour or 3 days later? My order should have still been there. It sucks to see so little care or empathy from a manager. Hope I at least get a refund on this.

Excellent place to make copies and print in a simple way, plus they have everything very organized and everything you are looking for regarding stationery in general, good friendly and reliable staff, they returned my passport, after a day of seeing it lost, this is it My personal experience. Although it feels like they lack staff, that's why people will differ from my opinion. I hope Office Depot authorizes more staff, due to the high customer demand.
