The NTB on Richmond was not open yet even though I booked an online appointment to change my battery so I contacted NTB on Westheimer. The service manager, Ryan, took care of me as soon as I arrived and got my battery changed himself in 30 minutes. This was on a Sunday too. Really appreciate Ryan and the team here! Would definitely recommend!

The manager Ryan is an asset to this location. He tested my battery and it was toast. They were short handed so he installed the battery himself and also noticed a screw in my tire when doing my inspection . He patched my tire and I was out of there in under an hour for everything ! I recommend anyone to come to this location

These guys were awesome, they hooked up a new battery for me in like 15 minutes after they didn’t power for almost a week and only being open for like 30 mins before I rolled up.
