Attended a local high school graduation at the NRG Arena. I gotta say it was well organized.
The parking is a tad pricey at just about $30. It was brilliant for them to keep the arriving schools separate. It made for the easier time to find parking and leave afterwards.
The arena itself is regular. Depending on the setup, there are plenty of good views.

Went for a graduation but it was nice, clean and cool during Houston 100 degree weather so it served its purpose well

Great arena clean and enjoyable. It was a little difficult to find out where to park but the lot attendants were very helpful.

Plan your exit! We parked here for Nate Bargatze and literally didn’t move from our spot for 40 min after the event let out. Park next to exits or park offsite.

Parking was ridiculously expensive. $30 to park and the lot was sectioned off so there were acres of Parking lots not being used. Took over an hour to leave the venue. Venue was nothing special. Expensive concessions and basic seats as expected. My problem is that we paid good money for tickets and concessions and the parking situation almost ruined what would have been a great experience. Greed is killing entertainment and this place is a perfect example of that.

We had the best time at a show there this weekend only to be trapped in the parking lot for over 40 minutes with not a single car moving. Then staff said this happened at BOTH shows the night before and earlier in the a day, but would not open the second exit for cars to leave.
We asked for managers, we asked to open it ourselves, no help! It was less than a 10th of the cars you’d have leaving a Texans game. Absolutely unacceptable. Have a plan and change it when it obviously does not work.
When they finally did open the other exit ppl were so annoyed/agitated we were almost hit several times!

First of all, staff is wonderful. The sound, however, is awful for a standup comedian. We had great seats up close and had a very hard time hearing with the house echo. Pretty disappointing.

Went to see Nate Bargatze, and it took us 30 minutes to pull into the parking lot from the feeder. There were long lines at every station, including restrooms. We waited in line for a drink, and when we got up to the front, we were told they were out of water. The comedians kept getting distracted because of large horseflies attacking them during their entire set. Also, the acoustics were terrible in the arena - NOT well calibrated or dialed in for a comedy show. Overall, it was an incredibly funny show, and the comedians all did great despite the arena.
