I don't know what I was thinking giving this place a chance and not listening to the reviews! We had an appointment today for a bridal consultation. My friend, my mom and I all took off work or our endeavors early to make this appointment. We were there 10 minutes early and the doors were locked. We waited and waited and waited and called many times. Finally, we left. About 2 hours later they return the call apologizing that they mis scheduled. I would absolutely let it pass if it weren't for the fact that there are multiple other reviews of them doing this and being rude to other people. It seems it is common practice for them. How unfortunate as they lost a great potential customer! Listen to the reviews!

A very weird, off-putting experience. I stood at the front of the empty store for several minutes before someone came up. They push their sample sale dresses that are in poor condition. And then the only two dresses they recommended to me were completely different than the dresses I had been trying on and said I liked. And then they wanted me to pick a dress from a catalog. We left early.

They were very rude to me and my guests. Plus, they didn’t have a good selection of dresses and the majority of the dresses are not available in white.

I just wanted to ask a question about appointment, opening hrs so I could come try some on and the guy was so rude hardly even opened the door. All he said was we work by appointment only and closed the door. 0 customer service.

I had a terrible experience here. It was the first place I went to try on dresses and it should have been a great experience and they rushed me out of the place in 30 min. I tried 3 dresses on and got no feedback from the consultant. I’d recommend somewhere else.

Great experience today! Came in on a whim as we were next door at the cafe waiting on our next appointment nearby. Kevin was super helpful as were the other associates. They offered us refreshments and remained patient with us as we continued to search for other dresses. We ultimately came back at the end of the day because we fell in love with one Allison Webb dress in particular. 10/10 experience and I can't wait to come back and see the dress!!!

My first bridal shop I went to and purchased my dress! Excellent service from Vo and Allison. They were so patient with me and took time to listen to my vision, wants and needs. They knew exactly what I wanted and encouraged me to try on dresses that looked stunning on. Ultimately, I found my dress! I am beyond excited and happy for such an amazing experience! Thank you!

Everyone at Now and Forever was super helpful & was so sweet! They helped me find the PERFECT dress for my destination wedding. My mom and younger sister weren't able to go with me originally to pick out the dress and they were nice enough to let me try it on again for them so they could see it before our big day. I cannot wait to put it back on!

Dress was beautiful before they decided to add extra fabric, my dress was a complete disaster the day of the wedding. I repeatedly showed their seamstress how she would mistaken remove fabric from one side and not the other so every time I went back one side was un even. The big day ended when I had to wear my second choice dress due to the main dress coming apart from one side during our pictures. I will post pictures on yelp to show all in detail

Unfortunately had a VERY negative experience here with my dress. My dress situation was the most stressful part of the wedding planning experience. I came to Now and Forever boutique for a Hayley Paige since I've had my sights set on it and was part of the trunk show. They included 3 dress alterations. After the dress arrived from Hayley Paige, it was too large so the seamstress took in the (very beaded) bodice. After that set of alterations, the bodice was still too big. They, in an accusatory tone, told me I must have lost too much weight (4 inches) from my waist from thanksgiving to Christmas. I hadn't. I thought ok, we just have to take it in a little more, not a huge deal. Well they assured me that the dress would fit properly after the seamstress added a button to make it fit tighter at the waist. After coming in again the dress was still loose around the waist and bodice looked was too big. At that point they told me my trumpet style dress wasn't supposed to be fitted (even though when I bought it the clips were placed so that the dress was fitted). Had to take my wedding portraits in a dress that fit too big and was loose around the waist. So I thought ok, we can just do another set of alterations to get the right fit. Nope! They said the seamstress "went out of town for a month so she won't be available." Vo recommended I take my dress to another designer to get the final alterations done. After i paid an extra $700 for the new dress alterations, $400 plane ticket to Houston, more time needed to take off of work (yep, lucky out of town bride here!) I finally got the dress fitted properly. The new designer (who did a magnificent job!!) looked at the dress and said something looked off. After she opened the dress with her scissors, she discovered that the former seamstress left the excess (extremely beaded) material, and simply folded it in and placed the zipper in a new place. The excess folded material was still apart of the gown which added bulk and was still a part of the silhouette so that's why it looked so big and bulky (I have pictures of the folded in material with the zipper in a different place). They left me high and dry for one last set of much needed alterations. I understand their seamstress was out of town, so they should have covered the $ for the last set with the new designer. A LOT of things went wrong here and ultimately they just didn't care about the outcome as long as I bought the dress.

I said yes to my dress thanks to Now & Forever! I went on a whim and scheduled an appointment because there was a Hayley Paige Trunk show that week. This was my third store that I visited during my dress shopping adventure and I wasn't expecting to make a purchase right then and there especially since I knew what my budget was and the price ranges that Hayley Paige run at. They had a good selection to pick from and allowed me to try on dresses that weren't exclusive to the trunk show as well. I tried on about 5+ dresses and everyone was very helpful and accommodating. They made great recommendations and I was somehow able to squeeze into the sample dresses that were straight off the runway. They worked with my budget and offered a couple of discounts as well since it was a purchase during a trunk show. I highly recommend anyone looking for a Hayley Paige dress to stop by here as they are one of the very very few vendors that carry this designer within the Houston area. Their service is great and they are very informative and want to help you find your dream dress!
