A while back I was looking for a job and I applied here but right off at the interview I knew this would not be a place that I'd would be working at based on the impression of the lady who interviewed me really unprofessional and maybe even racist to some extend her son was nice and all nothing against him with all respect but im sure he knows how his mother can be because even he had a face of disbelief asking me weird questions and then asking if my name was my real name it gave me the impression that she asked me this question justbecause I'm spanish and she probably tought I was a lier pretty offensive why would I be giving out false information and then throwing shade as if I didn't know what she was doing who knows maybe she didn't like me which it didn't matter I wasn't going to be working here and I for sure didn't like her impression just because you think you have a business dont mean all people are going to take the first drink of dirty water some one else offers i have way to much respect for my self I for sure would not recommend working here at all.

Not too fond of my experience here. I never am but today I've just had it. I love the products and the brands but I have the most difficult time with customer service every time I come in town. I try to avoid coming to this locationI am an assistant to a traveling eyelash artist and this time we had an emergency where our adhesive fell out of my bag at the airport. I drive all the way out to Nova Lash from Pearland or buy another bottle of adhesive. Prior to the 40 min drive I attempt to call to place an order and I speak with... Ms. Jacque, she is unable to find our information in the system. I call multiple times and they still cannot find me. I then have my boss call and another one of our lash artist call and by the time I get here I have to wait another 45 min. I order from this location all the time and even when I call, Ms. Jacque gives me a hard time.After waiting for 45 min, Jacque then comes to me and tells me they cannot sell me the glue for a number of reasons. When I asked her why, she then asked me to wait longer in the waiting room. At this point I cannot deal with these people and I refuse to speak to Jacque.Whatever you do AVOID SPEAKING TO JACQUE SHE IS NOT PROFESSIONAL, she wears layers of foundation on her face, She has no CLASS AND she is pretty careless with herself. I believe she liked this review so you can see a clear photo of her so you know who to Avoid to keep the professional experience.

Jacqué and the NovaLash team are absolutely amazing to work with in placing orders! It’s so easy to be able to contact Jacque directly and she gets back with me promptly. She is so friendly and makes ordering lashes and all of my lashing products a pleasure! They take care to make sure everything is done right. I’ll be sure to place all of my future orders with Jacqué. It’s NovaLash or nothing for me!

I have been certified with Novalash for seven years and have been very happy with my products and glue. When I recently ran out when I called it was a few minutes after closing but someone answered that I have never talked to before, boy was she helpful, her name is Jocque' And since people have been working from home she answered her cell to make sure that my order got turned in for quicker service. What a great asset Novalash has in this young lady, so kind and helpful, thank you so much Jacque'

I have been using the NovaLash brand for 12 years. I continue to get exceptional support from the team in Texas. Recently there was a snafu with a delivery coming to my office in California. When contacting the Novalash office Jacque was exceptionally helpful in resolving my problem and quickly dispersed a new order to my home address while I was out of my office. I was happy to come home from a vacation to find the issue resolved because of her diligence and proactive service. Jacque continued to keep me abreast of the situation via text and email even without my request. I appreciate the professionalism and will continue to support this superior brand.

When I say NovaLash or Nothing, I truly mean it! As a 6 year veteran of the beauty industry I have never experienced the amount of assistance and phenomenal customer service like this company provides. They are incredibly knowledgeable and strive to help me with any questions I approach them with, big or small! They also never fail to ensure I am satisfied with my purchases, and I have found life long mentors in their education program.
