My go to balloon stop. It would be a 5 star but some balloons aren’t restocked as frequently. Great customer service. Large star as well.

Told me 2 hold on when I was ready cuz he was putting a display outside; ok I guess my money can be put on hold.. Other than that: I done found my tribe!!! Lots of good things 4 da low low, neva been in here, just stopped thru & ended up spending $50, 4 all I got?? (Terminator voice) I'll be back

Originally a "99 cent plus" store featuring 99 cent products with a few items just over 99 cents...but in 2022 you're going to pay more than 99 cents ?. It's been there for years located on Griggs road across from the Houston Texans YMCA and Palm Center (few stores are nearby which is why it's able to 'survive'. Photos provide store hours, services offered and items available; if you're in need of a gift bag or wrap, 99 cents+ has plenty in stock.
