I've dealt with the people at Northwest Pawn for 30 years. They've always been helpful and accomadating. Tom is my go to man there at Veteran's Memorial, but I've always received nothing but respect, kindness and consideration from these people. It is probably because they know me and seen me redeem my pawned items, but if I'm going to be a little late bringing in a monthly fee for a pawned item, they don't mind keeping it off the floor for a reasonable amount of days so that I may eventually redeem it. Yes, I would recommend doing business here.

Guns jam and misfire, then when you bring them back within the three days they want to charge you a 25% restocking fee! NOT GOOD BUSINESS!
