I recently took my vehicle to the dealership as the air pressure kept going low, I was there at the dealership since 7am and was not done till late afternoon. There was no communication from the advisor when they found out what was wrong and then they went to file the claim with incorrect company without verification from me. It took them over 5 hours to patch a tire. Horrible experience.

This is not an honest business. They are marking cars certified that have accessories that don’t belong on the car. Something they had on the car blew a fuse & cost me a costly repair. Also part of my trade was supposed to include bumper to bumper warranty but they watered the warranty down so their fault & I had to pay for it. Def do not trust this place.

I visited Northwest Dodge to purchase a new vehicle. I met with Dacoyea who worked with me to get me exactly what I wanted. I had an excellent experience and recommend this car dealership. Both Dacoyea and his manager made my car buying experience seamless and were very upfront about what they were able to offer. Thank you Northwest Dodge!

DO NOT purchase a vehicle from this dealership. There is new non-existent ownership and staff. My 23' Jeep Gladiator was purchased new last September, I still only have 14000 miles on it. We even bought an extended warranty. I have been trying to contact a manager for 4 days! I've been lied to by Houston in Sales, Tristen in Service, the Service line manager - Shelly, and the Service director, Frank. Frank called me and contradicted everything his staff has been saying for the past 4 days. He has now encouraged me to drive my vehicle that no other person said I should drive, otherwise they would not have kept it for four days. Our Next contact will be to the general manager and then owner, and further actions if necessary. At least the previous owners had integrity and cared about resolving complaints.

The manager Kip Hines, our salesperson Steven Houston and the finances manager they are the best of the best. They know how to take care of the customers my wife and me bought a new jeep Grand Cherokee L and they drive us from the beginning until the end really smooth and fast with our contract. If i could give this place 0 stars i would workers there are non friendly you get told one thing & it’s another i’m here for a simple recall no parts even required & i’m waiting since 9:25 when i checked in did i mention my appointment time was for 9:30 it’s 12 noon as i’m still sitting here writing this review the man came out 15-20mins ago & told me thats how much longer they have to be finish with my vehicle another lady had asked my name i guess cause she see how long i’ve been waiting here she went checked came back now she’s saying it will be 30-45mins more they just very unorganized lack of communication & very poor customer service here they need to do better when i arrived i was told it would be no longer than an hour & i didn’t mind the wait but this is ridiculous!!!

This dealership was terrible !! They try to add several thousand dollars extra on you when it is time to sign the paperwork. John Navarro was a liar and terrible car salesman. Also, you can tell that they get good reviews planted here on Google to try and make up for the bad reviews. Stay away from this dealership !

??? If I could leave 0 stars I would. They waste people's time by making up events with false advertisements and sending them prizes that do not exist. All the people who go have the same code. I drove 1 hour, I called by phone before leaving, they asked me for my code, they confirmed that I was the winner and when I arrived everything was a lie. They have to make up this whole show to make customers go to the agency and fall in love with a car

Don't waste your time unless you want to pay for a "mandatory" $1300 GPS system the Dealership installs in all thier used vehicles. Dealership added $3k worth of unwanted "add ons" when sending the purchase order to our credit union. Didn't have the decency to inform us of these fees up front. Thankfully, we were able to cancel the deal. Shady sales tactics like this should be illegal.

Terrible service department. Service advisor never answers her phone or returns messages. I literally have to show up at her desk to get updates on my warranty claim. I showed up 5 weeks after being told they would submit my claim to Mopar for warranty repair and the response was “oh we never heard back from them”. Yea right, they probably forgot to file it. A week later I’m told the claim was apparently rejected bc of a mileage error. Always an excuse. Service Manager won’t return messages or answer the phone either.
Took 2 months for them to fix my last issue bc the service advisor kept submitting the warranty claim incorrectly.
Dealership needs new management and service advisors!

These people will literally lie to you on the phone and do their best to drag you out the house to come down there not to honor anything they said. Don’t waste your time with this dealership.
