I loved this Vet for a long time, but after my last few visits I'm absolutely done with them. They've changed their staff and now they don't know what they're talking about. How are you going to tell me the service I'm asking for is $20 then charge me $100? Also, $35 for a nail trim?! I have to trim them more at home. Don't come here, all they want is your money, and they'll get it, one fee or another.

They were very efficient. Took excellent care of my injured Pitt Bull. Explained everything before they started. Will definitely go back with all my animals.

I was able to get an appointment to be seen in a timely manner (within 24 hours of needing pet vaccinations for boarding), the staff was welcoming, attentive, and caring. The location was close to my home, and the premises were clean, tidy and welcoming as well.

I love Northpark Veterinary Hospital - I have been taking my many pets there for 25 years. They are so sweet with the animals, so professional, and detailed with the diagnosis .. I would highly recommend anyone looking for a good animals veterinary to go to Northpark Vet. Very very good team of doctors and staff.

I’ve been here once before and I will say, I felt the appt was a little rushed, but there was construction going on in the clinic and they were obviously very busy. Today, had to euthanize one of our dogs and the doctor was amazing and all of the staff was super sweet. I was reminded today why giving people some grace sometimes is very important. We’re all just human and trying to do our best. Very good clinic and great staff.

My rescue Golden (Lexi) was having some health related issues. They were able to fit me in the next day and saw Lexi right away. Excellent care!!!

They have been given the responsibility to tend to my two cats and everytime they have an appointment they give them the utmost care and respect. The front staff is very sweet and reassuring. The doctors there are super informative and respectful. They have been nothing but the best. Even when I misunderstood some paperwork and got frustrated over the cost, they stayed patient and calm with me and talked me through everything. I didn't deserve that type of kindness during that heat of the moment, but it just goes to show how much they value their patients. I highly recommend them to anyone who wants to see their pets be well taken care of.

Very polite front desk and staff. They always take very good care of my cats and treat them like their own. They explain everything in plain English so you understand what is happening with your cat and the cost of any treatments.

They have fair prices, and great care. I love being able to support local business and get better care than the you can at the big chains. Highly recommend.
