Had a huge issue with a product customer service over gettin parts and the manager at this store handled it over the phone and had me up and running same day ! Was able to go pickup the parts and roll, that dont happen very often , didnt catch the managers name but he helped out alot along with the lady cashier great job!

Bought a weed walker that cost over 500 next day of buying it ,went back to the store ,the sales rep made me wait for a day because they don’t have a mechanic on store next day ,called in the same issue .
Why do customers have to deal with their housekeeping:if the return or sales rely on having a mechanic on site ?why they do not put a sign making clear that returns are going to be a hell if your equipment comes defective.

Shane the location mechanic was super helpful. He even knew why I was having an issue with my old pressure washer. my driveway attachment started to get clogged. I thought is was the old machine I had. I was impressed enough to end up buying the stihl pressure washer which I couldn't be happier with even though I dropped an extra grand on the unit. Northern tool gained a loyal customer for life due to his honesty, expertise and willingness to share important info with me, It's seldom you run into store associates that is that much on point and that actually seemed to give a sheet. He definitely needs a raise. Two thumbs up and I highly recommend this location. Shane, you were right! ? There was?In the assembly

Went looking for a wrench for my father on Father’s Day (6/16/24) and my dad nor I got the best service from the two Hispanic cashier girls that worked that shift, one of them was on their phone all the time and then ignored my dad walking by him when he tried to ask her a question when I know she heard him and the other one kept ignoring me as well when I was asking her if I could leave some stuff at the front counter for my dad but those two girls had no issue giggling and whispering with each other the whole time we were there, literally acted as they hate their job rude as hell for no reason when we have been very nice they acted like they was irritated with any questions or as if we were such a inconvenience to them, I talked to the manager and he said that he has already issued them their 3rd strike… why would you feel the need to give someone who clearly has a attitude problem a chance 3 times? lol I’ve had many retail jobs and I never acted rude with a customer for no reason, surely if they were in school they could get a career that they are content with??♀️.

They used to carry hydraulic things hydraulic pumps, none of that anymore. they have a lot of pressure, washer items, some welding and air compressors. How life changes.

I made a purchase on 4/22/24 and asked the lady at the register to have the receipt emailed to me. Relying on that, I threw away my paper receipt.
Fast forward to now and the email was never sent. When I called to ask to get a copy sent I was told I had to come in to the store which normally wouldn't be an issue, but when I made this purchase I was far from home and asked if it would be possible to have to emailed or sent to my phone.
The clerk I was speaking to acted like I was asking for his social security number and adamantly refused, and insisted there was no way they can email it.
Its ridiculous that I can't get my receipt when I make my purchase or after...

Was advised, "you're looking at minimum 4 week lead time", for having a gas leaf blower repaired!Took it to a local small engine repair in Cypress.. ready in 3 days at a reasonable price!
