I love this place. They always take care of my little cute cat. They are very caring. And they helped out wherever they can. They even emailed her records when I was out of town in Las Vegas to the vets there. This is my go-to place when I'm in Houston. I love the fact that they are walk-in and are usually pretty quick to get you in. Thanks guys for always being there for me and my baby Shanti.

The service was very fast! (In a good way) Dr.watts was so gentle and kind with my baby. She gave my dog 2 vaccines very fast and gentle as well.

With pain and tears in my eyes im sharing my experience. I went in for my baby and that vet took care of her amazingly (I wish I remember her name) and Aurora was doing better when i picked her up. The next day my baby was in need of iv so my husband took her for that specifically and whoever took care of her that day did not do much for my baby,just told my husband to give her water with sugar. My baby died 4 hours after this. ??

I've been taking my older chihuahua in here for years and they are always so freindly and responsive to my questions and concerns.
8/20/24 Took my girl, Mindy, in for picky eating, lethargy and a tight belly. Dr.Watts and team were all very responsive and great with her. Going back tomorrow for an Ultrasound to better see and rule out a mass and/or possible bleeding by her liver and intestines.

July 30th was an extremely hard day for our family as we had to put down our big rescue baby Hulk ? The entire staff at North Channel Animal Hospital were so sweet and so gentle from the moment we walked in until the moment we left. They handled Hulk with such love and care and made a difficult day just a little more manageable. I cannot thank them enough. Today we received a card from them in remembrance of our Baby Hulk ??? Hands down would recommend this place to anyone looking for a new vet for their fur babies
