Very pleased with our move. NAVL did a great job of shipping the right goods to two different cities. Great move concierge (Nick M), billing contact (Christine), careful packing team, and Ken Bojarski was great. Ken led loading, did the trucking, and led offloading and assembly. Very well done by all.

My first encounter with Nick was ok then he turned it over to Christine West who dropped the ball horribly. Calvin Vu nor Christine called to give explanation or apologize or offer a credit. Will never use them or recommend them

Our move went very smoothly. I highly recommend the team led by Raul who packed, loaded, drove 600 miles and unloaded our things. They were very careful and nothing was damaged. These are professionals who went above and beyond to to make us happy. I would definitely use the company again if I was to move!

Absolutely fantastic service from door to door. Nick our sales guy was fantastic to work with and never tired of the 1001 questions or date changes we had. Christine in the Houston office was amazing and so sweet. Brian our driver was such an awesome guy who was very organized. If we ever move again (highly unlikely) I would use American Van Lines in a heartbeat!!!

North American Can lines is a great moving company!! I have used them twice in the last two decades to move across the nation and they did wonderful. Sales guy, Nick is amazing in his explanation and he Made me feel Comfortable. This last time I had the best driver named Steve! His crew were fantastic! I would highly recommend this company.

Our North American Van Line driver John was awesome. They got everything into the truck where I was having doubts he reassured me it would all fit. He gave updates and was at the storage facility to drop off at the time he stated.

The entire North American Van Lines process was great, starting with the estimate from Nick Mustachia and the packing by Marivel , Irvin, Maria, Gman, OElvis, and Marcos. Luis and his team did an impressive job and were very efficient and courteous. Calvin Vu was also very helpful during the entire time, even post-delivery.

The move team did an excellent job of getting our furnishings packed and loaded in 3 days. We took up the whole truck. The only thing missed was the under the sink items.

My move from Texas to Massachusetts with North American Van Lines was completely professional from start to finish. The coordinator who assessed my needs was pleasant and helpful, the packers were efficient and careful, and the movers in Texas were swift and delicate. The company kept in touch with me while my household goods were making the 1800-mile move, and the man who transported my car delivered it early. The movers delivered my goods during an April snowstorm but were cheerful and pleasant—even the property manager of my new apartment complex commented on how nice they were. One of the movers had moved my things in Texas as well, and on his own, came back a couple of days later to help me unpack and move some of my things to a storage unit!I have recommended North American Van Lines to everyone I know. They were by far the best of any of the moving companies I interviewed, and their performance shows I chose the right company.
