What’s happened to Nordstrom? As a longtime customer and a former employee, I can honestly say the customer service aspect has gone way downhill and it’s just not the same.Couldn’t even get any one of four people to acknowledge me in their department, let alone get someone to help me. They were talking to one another, scrolling phones. Don’t let me take you all away from what you’re doing. This was not my first time experiencing this apathy. Seems as though they’ll hire anyone now, with a pulse. They used to be selective…discerning. The bar is low now. Ridiculous and sad.

I shop at The Woodlands location, but every once in a while I stop at the Galleria and noticed a huge difference in the customer service. The employees are very rude and inattentive at the Galleria. I don’t even bother to shop there anymore, because they always ruin my shopping experience

Nordstrom's is Nordstrom's..... which means excellence and customer focus.. it's what I expect and what I got.. my wife bought a pair of slacks and I shopped for awhile and then visited E-bar for a fantastic cappuccino! see you next time in Galleria or even in The Woodlands!

Worst online experience EVER! I ordered a pair of shoes as a gift on the 23rd of January. Delivery time was 2-3 days. I said ok cool. Waited patiently and absolutely nothing! Tracking information was provided 5 days later. Needless to say it's been a whole week and the shoes still haven't arrived. Didn't know it would have taken 7+ days to deliver from one side of Houston to the next!
