I feel very disappointed with this insurance company every time it keeps getting more and more expensive they have a lack of communication. You call they never answer and they never let you know that your insurance plan is going to increase. They lack of costumer service, I don't like to write a review but you can't say anything or show your frustration because they get mad. Like today I call like a 10:40 am to ask about why my insurance when up, and the person who answer the phone told me I will call you in 5 minutes. But she did not so I have to text and she just reply the prices, and keep saying because of inflation. They also have a lack of explaining things to you about your insurance. If you don't like your job why you keep working there find something that gives you joy. Something that you love or feel compassion to help clients with their needs or questions. They always say the same thing because inflation or because the parts of the car when up or because the mechanics charge more in case you have a car incident. Then the agent told me your more than welcome to shop around let me know if you need to be remove from automatic payments to me that is not professional as a client I have the right to feel frustrated because every renewal the prices keeps going up these car insurance companies are getting out of hand raising their prices. So what happen to the drive and save discount???? "Statefarm " do better please.

The customer service and lack of professionalism in this office is the worst I have ever experienced. I am and original client with John Erlinger in 1985 and he retired. Noel Lezama bought his agency and what a mistake for me to have stayed with him. His office staff continuously changes and there is no sense of urgency at all. One is very difficult to understand and know one calls you back. I have been waiting for 4 days for someone to call me back and email me my declaration pages for my 3 policies, as well as correct an overcharge. My original home became a rental home in 2022 and no one in the office could understand how to issue a new rental policy. I believe they are still confused on my two policies for houses even after I have explained to them several times in email and on the phone which address is my new home and which one has renters. I am so angry that I am having to deal with this- and would like to make sure everyone stays clear of this agency. I am calling State Farm Texas Customer Service and informing them of the horrible service and lack of knowledge with this office staff.

This place has really lost it. Not sure where Noel is at but He used to have good people on staff. Karla is not good at her secretary job at all. With so many ways of communication available and not a single reply. Text. Emails. Calls. NOPE. I transferred my policy to a much more attentive agent.

*** be aware and stay away from this place*****If I could give this place a negative starts I would. I’ve been with State Farm for years, and not until recently my I wanted to drop their coverage for someone who had better coverage and pricing. Well what do you know, Karla from State Farm had ghosted me after wanting to cancel. Left plenty of voicemails, emails, and even have text messages saved of me wanting to cancel for almost a month. Why can’t y’all return phone calls, or emails? I’m sure if I was signing up and wanted a policy you’d call me asap. It’s sad to say I’ll never go back and will tell friends and family to never use them.

this office has the absolute worst customer service of any business I have ever visited. Good luck trying to get them to answer the phone or respond to a voicemail or an email. I have been in more than one situation where I needed to contact my agent about pressing insurance issues, and I just did not get any response. My rates also went up and I had no idea and was absolutely not notified and just had to find out when I was billed more money. After finally getting someone on the line after calling over 10 times and leaving multiple voicemails and sending multiple emails. I was told that they are not sure why my rate went up and were absolutely not helpful. This is no way to run a business. I called another time and was speaking to an assistant. All I wanted to do was submit a defensive driving certificate, and he told me they were too busy and he would call me back in 15 minutes and never called me back, I had to call back the next day and of course got no response.

As of 5/3/23, I have not been able to get a response by phone from this office for at least a month and a half. I am trying to refinance my house and the loan officer cannot get a response from this office for three weeks. What’s going on with this office. Is Noel seriously ill and all his agents quit? Is he dead?

I switched to State Farm in December 2021. The rates were $40/month less than the carrier I was with previously. Not pleased my rates are going up $17/month, but I am thrilled my Agent called to tell me. It's an understandable increase and it won't go away in this economy, so I can't be too upset about it. I thought that was great customer service, which these days is lacking very much! Every experience has been handled with wonderful communication and professionalism. I'm happy I switched and I love my new Agent!

They messed up my bill to where they refunded me on my policy, and then I had to pay the refund back. They’re very sloppy and skip important steps. I have used State Farm for over three years and love it, but this agency isn’t good at all. When I tried to resolve the problem (for two months) no one in the office knew how to reverse the mistake they made. Having me to deal with problems. If I could give 0 stars I would.

Noel has been my State Farm agent for two years. He and Tyeisha always make time to answer my questions and ensure I understand the nuances of insurance. They are responsive by email, too, which is convenient for quick requests.
