Horrified to see that this company is union busting and firing employees who are trying to advocate for better wages, treatment, etc. I refuse to spend any more of my money at this business. Shame on you!

A pleasant experience gone bad gone good again.Ordered from them, got their extra shipping protection.The shipment got lost in transport. The reorder shipment got lost in transport.Since then, they decided I was not worthy of a response, or any kind of information, and ghosted me.Even if you decided you were not gonna follow up on YOUR shipping protection, the least you could do is inform me.Ghosting a customer is not okay.Would not recommend this business for anybody shopping internationally.EDIT:Updated from 1 to 4 stars. The post office finally found the order, and the print quality is outstanding. They also attempted to refund me. If there was any communication with me in the past month, this would be a stellar experience. Hoping it was just technical issues, because I stand by my statement that ghosting a customer inquiring about their order for a month is kinda lame (and they actually tried to make it right, even though they didn't want to let me know they're doing that for some reason).
