A few weeks after purchasing a new screen install, I noticed a crack showing up on the bottom right corner . Since I had a quality case on the phone, and not recalling any dropping of the phone since my new screen install, I had thoughts of a crack starting from the install. A few weeks later , I dropped the phone and the cracks expanded on the screen . I took it back to New Heights Cellular and we opened the case . I noticed an unusual spot were the crack came from . The owner of the store said he didn't see anything. The next day , I removed the case , took a picture of the area the crack came from , zoomed the picture and the picture showed where the crack was initiated. I sent him the picture and he didn't want to resolve the matter . He offered $20 off another $86. install . This offer was unfair and unacceptable.

My wife went into labor, and during the craziness and I dropped my Samsung Galaxy S22 Ultra onto the parking lot pavement. Of course it went screen side down and the screen totally cracked. I brought the phone to New Heights at 4pm on Friday. By 5:30pm it was fixed for less than $300. Looks brand new - the owner clearly knows what he's doing. I hope I don't drop my phone again but if I do I will be coming back here.

BE CAREFUL!!!!!!! I brought my iPhone XR in to get the screen replaced. It was unlocked when I brought it in. By the time I left- it was LOCKED!!!!!! I went back to give them a chance to right their wrong and they played dumb. Refused to help. Wanted me to pay $250 to have my phone unlocked WHEN THEY LOCKED IT!!!

The owner/tech at the store is amazing! I thought I'd have to get a new phone, lose everything, and restart anew. He saved my phone while being transparent, courteous, and fast. Phones, tablets, or laptops -- see him first before replacing it or going to a different repairman. Can't recommend him enough.

I Was recommended by an at&t worker to come to this establishment. I Went in on a Friday with a green screen of death. He looked over and assured me it would be ready later that evening. When I picked up the phone it looked amazing both front and back seemed as new!!! I did notice when I unlocked my phone, I received an apple notification stating there were non apple parts used.. didn't think much of it. Come Saturday night I notice my phone screen glitching. It seemed as it was touch sensitive. by that time it was past 7 which meant the store was closed and next day was easter. By Monday the phone wasn't glitching anymore so i figured maybe it wouldn't happen anymore & if it did I needed to bring in so he could see! Everything seemed great till Friday (exactly a week after). I put a TOWEL on top of my phone when boom a white line on my screen.Withing an hour I made it to the shop and he examined the phone and offered to replace the screen . since it seemed like a faulty screen issue(he inspected the phone to make sure I didn't cause it
). I Arrive at 7;45pm last night to pick up my phone, in which he explains that sometimes he gets faulty screens but good thing theres no scratches so he could send It back...I left and not even 30 mins later I pull my phone out of my pocket and a green line !!! At this point im beyond frustrated and upset, so I google what could be causing such thing ! The first thing it says "Improper installation of the iPhone's connection to the LCD" which leaves me thinking about the whole situation ...
What really makes it worse is, it seems to be an agreement between at&t workers and him.(they provide discounts) I originally was only coming in to fix my screens so that I could trade in and upgrade. (which he kept insisting I upgrade to the 15 .. I have a 14). After paying 400$ I figured might as well keep it and wait for the next upgrade.. Maybe Im wrong and just reaching. Just seems odd the way things turned out.. Faulty screen on a phone he assumed was being "upgraded"

This posting is 1. 4 year overdue. I have been looking for this phone repair store since he fixed my phone 1.4 years ago. Flash forward 6 months ago. The same phone cracked and couldn't find him so I had to use another repairstore. Flash fwd phone cracked again ? because I keep forgetting to use protector. Anyway I just found his number again on another old phone. Heading there now . I already know he will deliver!!!. He is timely, affordable and his work last. No jokes!

My iPhone 13 broke and BestBuy told me it would cost over $400 to fix and would take over a week. Brought the phone here to New Heights cellular and the gentleman fixed the phone in 10 minutes for $20. Excellent service here!
