Had a wonderful experience here. Got an extremely well crafted wedding band and a teeka for my wife. They made alterations to both, had them ready in less than 3 weeks and gave us a super fair price. Above all, their customer service was top notch. Highly recommend.

Totally cheaters they never say about weight and price is so high.what customer want first and final weight gold jewelry depending on wait and labor I understand but if labor price is more than gold prices is it possible?

Honestly, the experience from walking into the store to wearing the jewelry on my wedding day was amazing. Not only was the customer service by the store owners very welcoming, but the jewelry itself was so elegant and beautiful. I received several compliments on my diamond bangles and wedding set! Cannot wait to return for my brother's wedding!!

Wish could give them 0 star or negative even. No transperancy.Don’t care that they did not exchange stuff. I am just not happy that they did not provide correct info and then trying to tell me that they have the info on receipt (not there, I have a receipt) and on the small sign(not visible) which is kind of deceptive. Never going back there. Have had enough.Make that writing on the sign visible ( marker writing faded) please and do write on the receipt.

Hasan is such a nice person. The store is beautifully laid out with a great selection. Hasan is a really upfront and honest guy, I came to sell jewelry and he explained to me how testing works and asked me to test the set. I have rarely bought and never sold jewelry before. He made the experience really informative and easy. I couldn’t ask for a better experience!

Went in to get my sister a set of earrings for her birthday and was greeted warmly even though we came at closing time. They had great customer service and gave me a great deal. I would definitely recommend this place.

Edit: Wedding bangles are still not in and it's almost february...my wedding was in december. LOL 1 star. this place is ridiculous.
The only reason I'm giving 2 stars is because my bridal jewelry came out nice, but had I known that this store would make it a nightmare to actually get it, I would never have come here. If you're a bride, consider getting your jewelry elsewhere; let me tell you why.
I ordered with this store back in July of 2018 for my December wedding; my parents ordered me a custom set with custom bracelets. We were told that they would be here in mid-October. Mid October rolls around, they never call. My mom calls and they say "Beginning to mid-November." We weren't sure why it was taking so long, but all we could do was wait? They never really gave a clear reason as to why we weren't getting it.
Mid-November comes and we hear nothing.
They delivered my wedding set ON THE DAY OF MY FREAKING WEDDING. THE BRACELETS WEREN'T EVEN READY LOL They had the nerve to tell us "we'll give you the custom bracelets after the wedding." Who does that? Who takes thousands of dollars from a customer and not even deliver on time? Absolutely ridiculous.
Never going back to this store, hope you guys never do this to another family or bride.

This store is great! Very informative and knowledgeable about thier products. I had no idea how little gold us in 14k till Hasan explained it to me. His prices were competitive, and his selection was more unique than other places I had been. I strongly recommend this place and I've since been back to get custom work done. This place is fantastic!
