I was able to get my order quick and easy with Imran, he was so understanding and kind with my daughters loads of questions about the design and patterns.I was able to pick up my custom as printed shirts in time and they came out better then expected! Probably the worst experience I have had with apparel printer. They said it would take a week and It took 2.5 weeks. I called a week after I placed the order…they forgot to order the necessary shirts and said it would be ready by Thursday the following week. The Wednesday prior a staff member contacts me to resubmit all of the artwork and the details of the job all over again. I stated what files to use for what shirts and they still screwed up the custom names.The incompetence of the staff there is staggering. If you want your job done right…8 would advise to go elsewhere
