Was not the first time, but this time I had a 6" crack and I was traveling when my new windshield of 4 days ago was hit with derby from a tractor trailer truck, I tried to get it fixed along my travels, all said I needed a new windshield, Well after 23 years in business he fixes anything, "save the windshield". kind of like a dentist, save the tooth. The crack is a fine line and all is great

Fast and efficient work juan was very friendly and informative and told me he has been doing the windshield repair for 22 years and his work shows how much that is necessary its still there but i can hardly notice it!

Juan has been here for twenty years. Super chill guy. He fixed my windshield like new. Took about 10 min. Wish we had more local businesses like this -- no corporate BS, just real work. 10/10 would recommend.

I recently experienced windshield damage due to a rock hit, and after searching on Google, I discovered Need A Fix with 400+ FIVE-STAR reviews, many of which praised Juan. I must say, he not only lived up to, but exceeded his reputation. Juan did an amazing job repairing my windshield and provided the best customer service. His attention to detail and friendly demeanor made the whole process smooth and pleasant. I'm giving Need A Fix five stars without hesitation, and I'll definitely be returning for any future needs. Highly recommended!

On my drive to work this morning, some debris from a truck struck my windshield. Left a tough to treat star/chip in the lower right corner of my windshield. Brought the repair to Juan who was honest from the get go. He informed me how this is a difficult repair, there is a risk for spreading of the damage during repair but if I was comfortable, he wanted to attempt repair. Overall, Juan knocked it out of the park! The repair was done successfully and quickly. Should I find myself with a rock chip or windshield repair need, I'll definitely be coming back to Juan and Need A Fix!

We had a HUGE thick crack in our windshield that extended from the bottom left all the way to the center of our windshield, and Juan fixed it so well that it’s barely noticeable. Will only come here for my windshield repair as it’s the only place and Juan is the only person I trust to do it well and honestly.

What a pleasant experience Need A Fix Windshield Repair
is! After three days wasted on going back and forth with Safelite to schedule a visit, I lost my faith in them and showed up here out of the blue. Service was immediately available and fixing a chip in my windscreen took only 10 min. Technician was friendly and knowledgable. Quality of work was great too. You can pay with cash or card. My definite recommendation.
