I've used Navis Pack & Ship on two occasions during the summer of 2023 (July & September) and can honestly say that I would trust this business to pack and ship ANYTHING. They are Great People, hard workers who care about their company and their customers. Professional packing to ensure your items arrive safely with no damage, very impressive. They even sent me pictures of my packaging before it was shipped out so I knew I was being taken care of. Thank you Navis Pack & Ship.

NAVIS picked up a very large eBay package for us and delivered it to our door for a great price. There was a bit of confusion at the seller's house, but Navis sorted it out. Fantastic service, very pleased.

James and his team took excellent care of me and the three pieces of art I needed shipped across the country. They followed up during all phases of the work from quotation, clarification, receipt, packing, shipping, tracking and delivery. The shipment arrived in good order within the time agreed. They will be at the top of my list to consider for future shipments.

I cannot say enough praise for Navis Pack & Ship. From the moment I called, Janice took exceptional care of us and our needs. She is a delight to chat with, took it upon herself to research information for me in her personal time regarding museums and cultural centers that I could send my aunt's paintings to, and was a total blessing to our family. We were trying to find a specific Native American tribe to donate art to and we talked and talked about ideas, and then one day Janice calls me and tells me she located some places to try (after I was getting the run around from another tribe). Their pricing is reasonable, they go above and beyond, and she was in contact throughout the final delivery. I highly recommend James and Janice at Navis Pack & Ship!

Navis is a wonderful company thanks to the wonderful people they employ! I had one particularly heavy and strangely shaped piece of furniture that I just could not get up to my apartment. Ms. Janice listened to my problem, understood what I needed, and worked with me to get a reasonable quote all in one day! I had my furniture in my apartment within 3 days of first calling. And the moving people were so polite and professional. I absolutely would use Navis again and highly recommend them.

As a new online auction winner, I was facing high handling charges for my $23 purchase. Ms. Janice worked diligently with me to make my experience a great deal easier. Ms. Janice and Mr. James have been fantastic in helping my client. There were several logistical errors that occured prior to the package getting to them and they have gone above and beyond to make sure that that they communicated with me and my client. I've very impressed with their extra effort and communication. I've dealt with other logistics companies in the past and I would absolutely recommend them.
