My car broke down on my way to work today. My insurance uses this company for roadside assistance. They got to me within The hour driver was very polite and professional knew what he was doing. i have zero complaints.

Completely jerk business. Scumbag of infinite origin. Nationwide Insurance hired them for me. After keeping me waiting for 3 hours in hot sun they never showed up. Everytime I called they said they were 5 mins away and kept me listening to stupid music. They should just disappear from towing or any service business. Scam. Never never call them. I am going to sue them for distress and continuous lying. Real bad guys.Service: Special vehicle towing

Horrible!!! Daniel H. you shouldn't have a job!!! I waited 3 hours and no one ever showed up!! They were hired thru Allstate motor club. I was stranded with my 18 month old grandson in a secluded area with no stores or gas stations near me. I had to finally contact someone to pick me up and my car had to stay overnight!!!!! They cancelled my first call and never showed up... They are below the rating scale! Worst customer service ever!!!!! I wouldn't even give them a 1 star, but I couldn't comment without rating this pathetic towing company!

Terrible service! Got connected to National Roadside through my insurance. Waited more than 2 hours with no phone call from the company. Then find out I’m being transferred to another driver because the first one got busy. Been almost 3 hours and STILL waiting when my car needs to be towed 1 mile away.Service: Car towing

Im not sure where to even begin but all i can say this was probably the most stressful , difficult place i ever had to deal with. I have roadside assistance with my insurance and last night i got locked out, left my keys inside. i requested a service through my insurance and they sent out this company to help. mind you they are 20 mins away from the location that i was in. they gave me an eta of 45-75 mins which i didnt pay to much mind to it. 90mins passed and nothing, no update, i tried calling the # provided to me (no answer) , sent out a text (no reply), called my insurance company to figure out what was going on, and they said they had a revised eta of 4 mins... 4 mins passed and nothing... i called AGAIN, they gave me the same answer revised eta 4 mins that the tech was pumping gas... AGAIN 4 mins have passed and nothing. it has been already 2 hours and NO ONE IS COMING... after going back and forth with my insurance i gave up and asked if they can send me a diff service provider because by this time it was 2 hours 1/2 ... shortly after, they showed up... the request had already been canceled and now i was stuck with either waiting for the new provider or pay... i ended up paying $75 , requested a receipt to hopefully get reimbursed! i dont understand how a 20mins drive to the location became a 2hour 1/2 WAIT and how did the tech have time to pump gas... NEVER AGAIN!!!!!!!!! STAY AWAY IF ALL POSSIBLE!!!!!

I just witnessed the tow truck driver from this company, a large black man, yelling at the lady whose car he was hooking up. When I looked up to observe he then screamed at me, what are you looking at!?! Well, I am a parking attendant in the parking lot where he was working. I was clearly doing MY job. He was so disrespectful to both of us I don't think he should ever be helping a female. He continued yelling and being obnoxious until he left the parking lot. What a horrible advertisement for your company.

Waited over two and a half hours for tow truck. First hour understandable due to rush hour traffic. But after that hour I called dispatcher to be told they had a “shift change” and was now 35 minutes out. After 45 minutes called back, told that driver was “5 minutes away”. After 15 minutes called insurance company and had them contact tow truck dispatch. Insurance rep was told “driver is exiting the freeway and will be there within 10 minutes.” Never showed.I do not recommend them, and don’t recommend your insurance company use them for roadside assistance.Service: Car towing

Worst driver ever and decides to pull up on my side like is my fault. So I'm coming down from the freeway and this man decides to pull out when traffic is literally coming at 40 to 50mph. Not only did he made me almost hit a car, there were many other cars in front of me. Very unprofessional, careless driver who wants to act tuff, I see why his rate is so low.

Unreliable is an understatement. This company was contracted by Progressive to tow my truck. After 1.5 hours they still hadn't arrived. Finally they answered my calls and told me they were 10 mins away. Then I got a notification from Progressive that they canceled the service! So here I am waiting another 30 mins for a different tow service.Service: Car towing

If your in need of a tow PLEASE don't bother with this company. I paid for a service and they NEVER showed. I called and spoke to this woman receptionist, she put me on hold for 5 minutes and the call dropped. I called back 30 times and no answer! Now I have to fight to get my money back. This is by far the WORST service EVER. Don't waste your time or your money on this unreliable company.

Called for service at 6:00pm. 9:00pm still no call and no show. When we would check each time we would receive a different ETA. Finally spoke to the driver for an explanation and he said that they were extremely busy, for me to just leave my keys in the car, and that it would be an additional hour and a half, and then hung up the phone in my face. Mind you it's a Tuesday evening. I can't even imagine how long it would take if it was a Friday or Saturday. So I attempted to look them up to observe and make a Google review, but the company doesn't even have a professional website. I found and called their number on Yelp. A lady answered. I said that I was trying to reach the corporate office for NRS Texas, Inc. With the driest tone and pots and pans banging in the background, she replied, "This is corporate." I tried to explain my concerns regarding the delayed service and unprofessionalism of the driver and she actually attempted to start an argument with me. Stating that she was sitting right there when I called. If this was accurate, this would mean that he never even left the house (3 hours later) -Remember I heard pots and pans banging in the kitchen. Not a professional business and I would definitely NOT recommend them. Professional name, but definitely not a professional service. I would not feel comfortable with my car in their possession. It's a good thing that the car was in front of the house and we weren't stranded anywhere because it was cold and it's clear that they were not at all concerned about us and didn't care about our safety...They never even asked. Other reviews stated that they never showed up. My insurance company dispatched them, and I was sure to let them know about my experience.

First they said 1-1.5 hours. Then after 1.5 hours they said 30 more minutes. Then after that they said 35 more minutes. Waiter 2.5 hours before giving up and calling another service. Absolute trash service.

I wish I could have left a message without picking a star. This guy who came to me was absolutely a bomb. He noticed that since I am a woman that he thought he could take advantage of the situation and told me that since my car is in my garage he would have to push it out so that will cost me $4000 in cash. I told him No because it's covered by my insurance. He said this is extra so I'll need the cash 1st. I sent that bomb on his way to where he needed to go.

If I could give NEGATIVE stars I would! Been waiting over 3 hours for a tow. They keep saying “oh they’re 20 mins out” “they’re 26 mins out” “they’re 35 mins out”. But on the tracking app the tow truck driver hasn’t even moved from the starting location!!! It’s freezing outside and we’re still waiting! RUNNNN from this towing company!!!

came from life360 after using roadside assistance hoping to receive a tow. waited four hours, going on five. ridiculous. 0/10 stars. the 1.8 overall doesn’t justify how poorly this company is run. terrible costumer service, after trying several consecutive times to contact an agent i was being canceled upon canceled, upon canceled per tow assigned after immense delays.
