My car broke down on my way to work today. My insurance uses this company for roadside assistance. They got to me within The hour driver was very polite and professional knew what he was doing. i have zero complaints.

Terrible service! Got connected to National Roadside through my insurance. Waited more than 2 hours with no phone call from the company. I have been sitting waiting on a tow for 4hrs!! I GOT HOLD OF THEM ONE TIME, SAID BE 35 MIN! They do not even answer their phones. I finally had to get hold of customer service for Verizon after 6 attempts! Canceled them because of ABSOLUTELY NO COMMUNICATION WHATSOEVER!! Do NOT USE THEM!! THEY SCK!!
