I recently hosted an event and needed portable restrooms for the attendees. After combing through a bunch of websites, I decided to go with NCR. Their restrooms were immaculate and the customer service was outstanding. I 100% recommend this company for any sort of event!

First of all, all these 1-star reviews have to be from bogus competitors because there is no way this company deserves a bad review. I have a construction company and I have been working with this company for YEARS, never had a SINGLE instance where I didn’t feel like they were giving me the best quality service possible. Wouldn’t even think of working with anyone else.

It's very unfortunate that I have to write a negative review for a local company. Our toilets were skipped multiple times dead in the middle of the TX summer with many guys in and out. What a nightmare, as the smell wreaked! No one cared to correct and we were promised a credit from the owner Gayle but surprise, surprise, no response.Ok, so there's a pandemic going on, so I figured let's move on, as there are bigger things in this world.However, the final straw is that we rented a temporary fence from them, cancelled within the allotted lead time, but now we are getting a bill for a fence that's no longer there! Be careful and pay attention to your invoices.They are very quick to collect payment, but customer service falls to the wayside.

I don’t do too many reviews unless the company either goes above and beyond for someone or exceeds in being the worst company one can deal with, and that’s how I feel about this company. They do NOT care about the customers and for them to have a 3 star review blows my mind. They failed to clean their porta potty’s 4 times. It seems they only care about getting paid as they are prompt on taking payment from your bank account on time but do not clean them on time. They have let them get so dirty the place gets filled with flies and a massive smell. Complained to the supervisor and Tea. They gave 0 F’s. I will not recommend them to anyone and as a business owner it is embarrassing doing business with a company like them.
