The location is by far well organized! The past few times i have been here were wonderful! I always get greeted & helped by Itsel. She is always so respectful and kind. Along with really dedicated to what she does. She really hits the nail with the hammer on making sure you get the right parts and doing everything she possibly can to help. This is what keeps drawing me back. The wonderful and amazing service she provides witch is Hard to find now a days!.

I needed a battery and checked online to see the availability before driving to the store. The clerk looked it up while casually commenting that she had sold the last ones the night before. And that is what the computer confirmed. She offered to order one to arrive later that day.
I asked if there was another battery that fit my truck, that was in stock, she replied that the one she was looking at was the battery for my truck. I insisted she look further as I knew that they stocked 2 batteries for the truck. We found the second battery which was $50 cheaper and she insisted that I didn't want that battery and that they couldn't warranty it, even though it was listed as suitable for the truck. I have never experienced this up-sale pressure at NAPA before. The battery I bought was listed as a match for my truck. I expected that the battery ratings would be less for the cheaper battery, but to tell me that the warranty wouldn't apply if I purchased it, is beyond reason. I told her that I was disappointed in the transaction and would find a different part store for future business.

The staff at this location are super friendly and helpful. There may not have the part in stock, but they can order it.
