Went to the seller's location this morning I am A City of Houston employee. I've been to this location several times with no issues. But this morning Customer Service was horrible. The City of Houston doesn't pay taxes and again I've been to this location several times they refused to remove the taxes so I left. I personally will never do business here again.

After sending my employees on a wild goose chase to multiple napas we ended up at this location “the warehouse”. Funny they open at 8am but the managers don’t come in until 9:30?! That’s crazy as a business owner I make sure I’m up and around before my employees. For the simple fact that when unsupervised people tend to break rules and be unprofessional, exactly what these Napa employees were doing. ON THE COMPANY PHONE completely ignoring my employee was the first and only worker at the counter. Without greeting or acknowledgment of him walking in, she continued her phone call with her husband talking about which bus stop they would be able to see their children from their house. (A completely personal call) After he waited and waited, she finally went to the back to get another employee. We were simply there to pick up a part that’s as paid for not have them do any work, but it still was too hard for the second employee. She looked at the item that we needed on the shelf-the one and only one we needed and proceeded to go to the back of the warehouse and walk around for an extra 5 to 6 minutes. She came back to the counter and grabbed the very first item she looked at and gave it to him as if she didn’t know it was there to begin with. I get it it’s early, but that’s still no excuse for uneducated employees or unprofessional ones. I understand having Children myself, that they do come first, but I do not take those calls at the counter in front of customers. I still am due to call back at 9:30 so I can properly speak to a manager but until then that should suffice. Napa, you need to have a higher standard for the people that you have operating your businesses especially if the manager is not there.1 star ?

The Shipping/Receiving dock is pathetic. The docks are filled with CalArk trucks and trailers, leaving one dock for over the road and LTL to share. There's no reason another dock couldn't be opened to try and limit the number of trucks waiting in line. Since NAPA doesn't care about our time, I'll make sure I skip NAPA when I need parts for my car. There are plenty of other auto parts companies that value our time and make an honest effort to run their warehouse in a timely manner.

I have found parts there when others say dealer item or not available but I'm constantly surprised they have what I'm looking for and great willing to help service something that's seems to be rare nowadays
