Once again, you have permanently lost another customer. What a shame.
I don’t think you guys read your reviews either, but a lot of my issues are based on all of the reviews here for bad customer service

If we could give zero stars, we would. The older gentleman man kept being ugly and disrespectful to us in front of my nephew. That was unprofessional, if you're unhappy at your job, then find something else. It's called customer service, luckily we called another location and they were more helpful. If you can, just avoid this location and save yourself the trouble.

Bought an no name alternator 3.5 years ago at this location and it’s failing now to cause the battery warning light coming on often on my Corolla. The super friendly and patient store manage Jason ordered me another rebuilt Denso and helped me with the warranty with just one phone call and I got the Denso the same afternoon and my mechanic put it in then I got the core charge refunded the next day. Jason is so professional and knowledgeable about cars and customer service?? He is truly an asset for Napa??

If I could give less than a star I would. So I spent over 300 on break calibers and was told bring the old ones for the core charge. Not once did this lying gentleman tell me to put it back in the box to get the core charge back. I walk in this morning looking like a fool but the lady in the front wasn’t rude but I feel as tho I was just robbed out of 130 dollars in core charges because a employee failed to do his job and inform the customer. I would have saved the boxes for a 130 dollars let’s be real. But to anyone who needs parts just go to autozone or anywhere else is better than here.

Same woman and guy always attend me, they both always have a bad attitude. They claim you need a receipt for battery warranty, and they refused to look up my phone number to see that the battery was under warranty. Was told it was expired already without them even looking it up. Automatically try to deflect your warranty in any way possible.They tried to upsell me with a different battery even though I told them I wanted the same one. Customer service is terrible and I have never had a positive experience here.

Costumer service is terrible, waited for 20 minutes,so I turned around to leave and the lady there told me I can help you now(when she wasn't doing nothing the whole 20 min that I was there waiting)I told her no thank you and thank you for having me waiting for this 20 min they don't deserve not even 1 star

They never want to make a change or return something, they are very racist and despotic towards Latinos, customer service is conspicuous by its absence. Very badly. ?

So it's Saturday and store hours are 8 am to 6 pm. They were closed at 5:54 pm. This is the store on Antoine in Houston, TX. They saw me pull up and the man locked the door. If I didn't have to replace a power steering pump under warranty I would not go to this store at all.
