Gel manicure lifted on every single nail within 24hrs. The nail tools are filthy. This nail salon is definitely not like the other Nails of America.
Cleanliness: This salon does not follow state guidelines in cleanliness

I have been going here for years! At least 6 year and have loved the service that was provided to me. Everyone in there is extremely talented and great. Today 7/20/2024 I went to have my nails and does done and when I sit down maybe 5 minutes into me sitting the lady next to me hands me her phone. On her phone was google translate which has said the lady doing a customers toes next to the lady doing mine is talking about my WEIGHT. 5 minutes I’m in the chair and the first thing that is said about me is my weight. I immediately felt uncomfortable and upset. I go there to relax and I always tip well. I am extremely disappointed.

Horrible customer service. I have come to this location on many occasions and have been treated extremely unprofessionally. The nail technicians are rough and rude to the people who come in a spend their money on services. Nikki, the manager, is unprofessional and has her favorites; she was very rude. I had to come back in between services to get some nails redone (and they were still rude) and I expressed this to Nikki since it has happened before and her response was "well, that's how you feel." Even after being treated so ugly, I STILL TIPPED AND DIDNT TAKE A DISCOUNT! These people don't care about us they just want our money, and they bluntly treat you that way. I wouldn't throw a single penny more in their direction!! I would advise you to go somewhere else that uses better quality materials and has better manners. These people are horrible and I am telling EVERYONE I know to go elsewhere, cause what?!

Do not come here if you want to be treated bad. The manager/ owner is very rude and disrespectful in front of other customers. I have been going for over two years even though they are overpriced and very late in their appointments. Even after setting up an appointment they take their time to start on you. I have waited several times over an hour and a half. So yes it makes me angry because they don’t care about our time being wasted. Be careful because they will charge extra for any little thing. I chose my color and it looks very light on their sample but when it was put on it was very dark so I ask her to remove it and use a lighter color. Manager said it was an extra cost because the lady was finished with my pedicure which was a lie. I told the manager that her employee lie and that we could ask her in front but she refused and told me I was not allowed to come back. You definitely will never see me there again. Especially when their are so many nail salons that have great customer service and not overpriced like these people here.

Horrible customer service! The manager or owner, whatever her status...Nikki is nasty and rude. The technician yanked a towel off my lap and cracked my phone, the ladies were so rough with me. My Advice is put your phone on Google translate, these people don't deserve a penny of your hard earned money. I will never go back and I suggest you find somewhere else, where you're appreciated. Nikki gives high school snob vibes. RUN! THE QUALITY: They quality of products that they use are bottom of the barrel. Atmosphere: Looks inviting but if you really look you can see it's dusty and not maintained.

Nail techs are rude. They charge you extra to make their jobs easier. I asked for a refill on top of a nude base (I wanted a French tip) I was told I would have to soak of a new set on my first refill because the nude would go through the white powder. She tried to paint my tips white when I requested powder. Finished with a shellac topcoat instead of a clearcoat of powder. I’m done fighting these techs… an instead of management moving me to a new tech after I complained multiple times, she told me if it don’t look right it’s not on the shop…
Over priced shop with several new nail techs that cannot use powder to do any thing. They will paint on any design you ask for even though you asked for powers and then get made at you because it takes too much time. But will gladly charge you 125.00 for a refill & basic pedicure.

First time visiting this location from Florida. Lynn was amazing, she does really nice and clean work. But don't get anything on the nails while she's working on it because she will not clean it off, she'll encapsulate whatever got onto the nail and keep going. There was a technician who sat next to her talking the ENTIRE time which was very rude and annoying. They should really work on that aspect of their customer service. I'm all for embracing culture, but they shouldn't have a full blown conversation in their language while constantly looking at customers. Other than that, the ambience and atmosphere is amazing and clean. Some of the technicians will offer their customers a drink, others will judge you based on your look. I paid $68 dollars for my nails which wasn't too bad. But I did notice they charge a fee for the nails and then a separate price for gel polish. In Florida there's just one flat rate all fees added which makes sense. I'd likely visit this location when in TX again because I really love Lynn foundation and the overall look of my nails! Ask for Lynn, she's fast and precise. No lumps, bumps, or odd looking nails.
Requested style: I requested a different French tip style, but I settled for the one I got as it wasn't so bad.
Cleanliness: The place was clean and neat.
Stylist: Lynn, I can't say enough about Lynn, although she stereotyped me and clearly talked about me with the tech next to her, her work is amazing and fast. Her application precision is 10 out of 10.

If you have a regular customer that pays good money, make sure that you put them with the nail techs that will best serve that particular client’s needs. Don’t put them with someone who barely knows what they’re doing. Also if you are short staffed politely tell your customers that you appreciate their business and let them know that they may be there for a while and ask them to reschedule if they have a schedule to keep. Clear communication goes a long way in business. I’ve been going here for years and I usually leave happy, but not today. I’m not one to go and leave a bad review just because I have one bad experience. This review is for the complete disrespect that I had to endure from management. 3 nail techs and 5 hours later, I was told to not come back because I spoke up for myself and told them that my toe nails were crooked and needed to be reshaped properly. It’s enough that there’s a language barrier. We should seek to understand each other, not get offended at the first inconvenience and disrespect one another.

I always just to get pedicures here which I can’t complain… a little expensive but when you get the right person it’s worth it.
I got shellac last week for the first time here at on day 3 it was coming off so upset tomorrow is 7 days and it’s completely peeling off $36 was way too expensive for it to not last 7 days atleast.

I’ve been coming here for years. The quality of the services are great. The nails look great and last for several weeks. However, for the past 6 months or so whenever I come they have very very long wait times. I’ve had to leave multiple times because I waited so long I ran out of time to actually do my nails. Basically I’ve wasted close to an hour driving there and then waiting 30-45 minutes without getting my nails done at all. I’ve started going to another local nail place instead. They either need to be completely up front when you walk in and let you know it’s going to be a very long wait OR get more staff.

I’ve been going here for years, and this is the first time I’ve been unhappy with my services. I’m always recommending NOA. I barely made a week with my nails and by last wednesday my nails were already popping off left and right. I’m just going to take them off completely. Also I got a polish change with an overlay on my big toes, the lady rounded my toe nail after I told her straight. While trying to fix it, she cut my skin with the drill. I told the lady at the front and she didn’t do anything to accommodate me. All she said was “sorry”. The acrylic on my toe wasn’t even thoroughly applied because my toe nail chipped a couple days later. I probably won’t be coming back to this location anymore because it’s getting sloppy and it’s unacceptable. I’m not even a “leave a review” type but I had to for this. 0/10

Location was okay, I usually go to the river oaks location . I got told a refill was 35 on the phone I get there they tell me it’s actually 45 for the length ( which are not that long) I don’t like long nails. I said okay cool whatever I feel like nail salons in general add the length price just to make an extra dollar but service was also okay , the girl at the front was super sweet the man doing my nails kept coughing and I had to tell him twice to be gentle . Overall it’s not a relaxing experience just go in get your nails done and leave
