Make sure to ask about the costs with your insurance because they add all these unnecessary charges that you did not request or have prior knowledge of in order to bill your insurance as much as they can ,

All the staff were very friendly. Dr. Dong was very professional and kind. EC Mark assisting me to find frames that works for my style, and he was very patient while I browsed the selection. I recommend this clinic to others.

Both girls at the front desk were rude and condescending, did not make an attempt to see if the doctor would see me after arriving just a few minutes late. They did not care to ask if I wanted to wait for a possible cancellation or simply reschedule for another day with my eye doctor. They need better training. HORRIBLE.

This place has awesome doctors. Dr. Dong and Dr. Fach are both very sweet. The tech is very fast and informative throughout your pre test. I recommend this eye doctor clinic for your annual eye exam

My second visit to this clinic in Katy, Texas. This time was worse than the first time. Only good thing I can say is Dr. Tran was great and I had no complaints. Other than the actual eye doctor the place just seems like they don't care about the patient. My exam went well thanks to Dr. Tran but after that it was not good. I asked about getting glasses and Dr. Shulman was at the front desk and told me my insurance would only cover $200. So I asked well can I get glasses for that? She told me I would need to spend "at least" another $150. She never made suggestions, never tried to show me glasses, never helped me at all. She never even got out of her chair. Last year when I was there my insurance covered $350 and they still wanted another $150. Their eyewear is insanely priced but even worse they don't even try to work with you. I will never go back to this clinic.

I made an appointment on my birthday Dec, 16 at 2:20 PM, received my confirmation email and i left work 3 HRS early. When I arrived, they turned me away telling me that they gave away my appointment to somebody else and that "I never answered the phone" to confirm my appointment. I showed them my confirmation email and empty call logs but they still turned me away. No courtesy whatsoever and unprofessional. ?

All the staff were very nice! Dr. Dong was very kind and answered any questions I had. Patrick helped me pick out my new pair of glasses afterwards and was very patient while I browsed the selection.
