Definitely in a rough looking neighborhood, and the attendant was very respectful by making it a point on handing me my lottery tickets and change instead of pushing it though the slot between the counter and plexiglass. Hopefully it's a "lucky spot" for lotto. ??

Very rude except for the co owner lady. Always out of popular items & allow for the flourish of criminal & substance abuse addicts to have a place to hang out. Does little to SUPPORT the predominantly ethic community. Thumbs all the way down.
