I called and asked what time they closed the guy said in 15 mins and I'm outside gas station and they have everything already locked up. I'm making a complaint to who evers in charge that there employees are closing up 20- 30 mins early

I just moved to this area and have been stopping at Murphy USA gas station quite often now and the lady who works at this location with red hair at the moment is extremely RUDE, every single time I stop here! So I try to pay at the pump but sometimes it says I have to see cashier and I absolutely dread it because of the very poor customer service she gives. Actually I wouldn’t even call it customer service! And I’m not the only customer she treats like this. It’s a shame and unfortunate when I’m just trying to put gas.

This place is the best for gas and smokes. But they have gone thru some different people here lately but there has been a one constant here lately and that's Dustin. He's always ready to help even though you can see he's worn out. But he never makes you feel like you're a bother when you want a particular kind of smokes and he has to go check in the outside room of the station. So please stop by and say hi and if management sees this review, show him some appreciation and give that guy a raise. He does the work of 2 people i know.

8-22-21...7:30am...The review below must be the same guy I got. Every time I have seen this clerk he is rude, every time. This last time he was in the back of the hut with his back turned to me. I lightly tapped on the glass to let him know I was there. He came up and started chewing me out for knocking on his glass. These people are going to lose a lot of business with this guy working there. Customers are not going to put up with that kind rude clerk.

July 4 2021 around 7:40am, I stopped at my favorite gas station of the last seven years to get a quick refill of my tank. "Hi sir, may I have $25. 00 on number 4"? I said. Then I showed the guy at the counter something additional I wanted. He told me " l can read". Angry at me, he went on and on like he was high or something. He swiped my card and then threw it at me, it wouldn't go through the glass shield. So he threw it 5 more times in anger until it fell on the floor. I picked up my card in disbelief and told him I will call the manager to report this. I ended up not getting the items I wanted because he didn't let the machine read my card. I pray they watch the cameras to see what happened. This guy was so rude, I wonder who hired him. He's very bad for business and I wouldn't hire him to do anything. He seemed happy I didn't get what I wanted. But he forgets to understand that's where his salary comes from. Logically simple
