The manager and gas station associate that was working Saturday closing shift 6/9/24 was racist towards me. I recommend people of color/African American to avoid this gas station because the gas station employee are immature, racist, and inconsiderate. I was waiting in line and had one person in front of me, the store manager said I can help the next person. I went to the manager register and she rudely told me I can’t help you. I want to file a complaint because the manager and employee both use profanity words towards me. Murphy corporate office, the two employees that worked Saturday closing shift needs to be terminated or corporate training on how to be professional and not be rude towards a customer that wasn’t offensive till disrespected. I’m requesting Murphy corporate office review the gas station video recording and address gas station employees for unprofessional behavior. This Murphy gas station is located in a convenient location next to Houston community college, Walmart supermarket, and Houston’s public transit center. Gas station employee caused me to feel discriminated against and I will tell everyone I know not to give this Murphy gas station business until justice is served.

The woman in the afternoon who is like a Chicana thinks she owns the gas station, this is the second time she doesn't sell me things just for her balls... and she is disrespectful to the customers.

I know the manager probably doesn't speak Spanish, but I want to make it clear that the fat Chicana woman who paints 4 eyebrows from the afternoon work shift is a very disrespectful woman with customers, I can't go with my kids to grab some candy because I don't want my children to hear such rude things that she makes with all her friends in the store, I don't understand why there are so many men playing with her and her coworker if they are supposed to be on working hours, and if the manager isn't He believes everything I'm saying. I would like him to personally make surprise visits. Besides, why can she only do her job when she's drugged? I gave her a 20 dollar bill for gas and she only put 10 in the machine, and she said she gave me the change for 10 dollars when she didn't give me anything. Knowing that I am right, I demanded a review of the security cameras and he did not want to do it, the client is supposed to be right, I hope that next time they hire a person with a little education, thank you.

There’s always panhandlers stalking this area like sharks. Frankly, it’s terrifying to have men here staring into your vehicle and at you and harassing you for money. The owners should ask them to leave the property since it’s not public property. I saw a little old man leave without getting gas because the front door was blocked by two men who were asking for money. It’s not safe for anyone, men or woman, to fill their gas here and the cops should guard this place and there should be signs saying no loitering and no soliciting.

They need an armed guard or something. So many aggressive panhandlers it’s getting out of control. Super nice employees just a terrible environment outside the store.

This store closes at 10:15 on door it say they close at 10:30 I called and ask why was the doors lock the lady on duty told me we close early so we can leave at 10:30 I asked for her name and a manager she put another lady on the phone and the lady said she didn’t have to tell me who neither one of them was this was at 10:20 3/21/24. This is unacceptable ! If it close at 10:15 then put that on the door one lady was black and the other lady was Mexican with red hair !

Store wasn’t open on time arrived right before 5:30am store didn’t open until after 5:45am this is unacceptable I come here for the discounts whomever car that is in the pump had to be the person who open store.

Most of the time I come here there is trash all outside. Lots of people standing around the door and by the gas pumps. The same employee is normally here in the morning. I have seen here several times, she doesn’t seem happy about her job. A customer asked why the espresso machine is only pumping water and she simply said she didn’t know. No effort to try and help. Then when I paid for gas and a cigar, she id’d me! I am close to 50 years old, head full of gray hair and you have seen me several times. Just because your day hasn’t started out right doesn’t mean you need to be rude to everyone else. Strong suggestion, customer service isn’t for everyone, maybe you should have stayed home today. ?

Terrible Management who allows there employees like Marsette Anthony to yell, scream and cuss out a regular daily customer. Not only that but this was done in front of a store full of other customers and when I called and talked to the Assistant manager she informed me she'd look into the matter at the time and that she'd get back to me. Never was called back nor was I informed that my partner and I were banned from the store as well for buying tobacco for 3 party.My partner is 35 years old and I am 29years old. His legal Texas Identification card is expired so I bought us the cigarettes. Yet then I'm told were banned for doing that even tho my husband was NOT with me or on store property at the time I bought the cigarettesHow is that professional or okay???We stop in there every day and spend anywhere from $5 to $20 and bring friends who end up buying things as well.So what can we do about this?
