“I really had a good experience today and one reason was the man named "Mike" at the front of the self check line. I had forgotten to add the coupons before I hit pay and Mike was super busy going from one register to another but he took the extra step and put in my coupons for me. He could easily have sent me to stand in line at customer service so I feel very blessed today. Plenty of grocery carts inside the store, it was clean, prices are decent considering the economy.”

“The service is always on point and food is put out fresh. Self check out can be iffy but that's everywhere. Check the clearance bins as they are always full since they go through things properly. Discounted food that I was already buying? Don't mind if I do!”

“This is not the closest location near me, so it was my first visit for a pickup order. My experience with Kroger pickup has not always been favorable. However, I must say, Monique has changed my opinion. Good customer service is difficult to find these days, but she went above and beyond, which exceeded my expectations! She was kind, thoughtful with regards to substitutions and packing groceries. Thanks again Monique, they need more people like you!!”

“Even though this HEB is smaller, I still like it. The staff / partners are always nice, so is the managers. Everything is neat, clean and well stocked. They have the best samples of any HEB. The partners in the business center are very nice. This HEB may be smaller, but it still has has everything, even clearance items. Their salmon burgers are the best.”
