This place is great. I needed to purchase a sink immediately. They were the only place with in stock items, and the salesperson stayed after the store closed so I could come pick it up. 5 stars.

As far as hiring no stars. They use a app called veryable to source contract workers and won't fairly E.O.E pick great bidders for jobs. It is true they is very much a shortage of jobs

I needed a part to repaie a toilet lever.
the salesperson was soooooooo helpful and provived the part with no charge.
Now, I call that service.

Walked in looking for a waterfall tub faucet we needed in a hurry. Spoke with Allyson who not only answered our questions - she helped us piece together a faucet, sink, disposal, etc for a kitchen remodel! Excellent advice and very knowledgeable! Would highly recommend!

I came to this recommended place from The Home Depot looking for a shower valve that is already a little old, although they didn't have it available they helped me go to the right place where they did have it, I loved the very friendly service, although I don't know how to speak very good English, the person was very kind and patient, he even tried to speak a little Spanish to help me, so I appreciate the help, and I asked about the prices of PVC pipes and apparently you have very good low prices, so now I am a customer of this place!!!✌️?

Came looking for all metal kitchen faucets. They had 2- I really liked but $900 and $1200 for a kitchen faucet is out of the question. (To me that is just crazy!) Nice store but I will keep looking.

Today I waited over 20 minutes to be spoken to, after I waited in a long line of plumbers. Then I tried to call for an appointment to see the showroom- no one answered the phone, and the mailbox was full! I received a return call from my email 5 hours later. This was after the first salesman promised me I would receive an email in a few minutes. I bought somewhere else.
