I gave them a gold bracelet to fix. They had it for over a month because I went out of town. They were supposed to shorten the bracelet which they never even did (I got it back exactly how I gave it. They even weighed it and told me the work was done.) I had to drive back to tell them they never did they work and I was charged. The older uncle working had a horrible attitude the whole time, even though they were at fault. No apologies and very disrespectful behavior. Save yourself the time and go somewhere that knows customer service. Poor job done as well.

This is the only place you should visit if you are wanting to purchase 22k gold in Houston. After spending 2 days visiting all the other gold shops in the area, I quickly came to feel that Moon Jewelers is the most trustworthy place for your business. The shop has amazing selections of 22K gold bangles, earrings, necklace sets, bridal sets, etc. They are also very transparent with trading for cash or store credit if you have old 21 or 22K gold as well, and they show you the measurements and gold testing in front of your eyes. These are good honest business people. I give them 5 stars, and definitely will come back in the future!!!

I visited place during Diwali and the 2 guys who were showing us the items they didn’t know anything after the things they were selling and the main thing they were wearing shorts and selling jewelry like how unprofessional is that .poor fashion sense they don’t know how to attract customers through the way they dress up I hope the owner reaches this review soon I hope whoever going to place thinks twice before visiting!poor customer service hate this !

the business took responsibility and gave my bangle two days later. Appreciate their service.original post:-hi folks, my experience with moon jewellers was bitter. di have paid them guys for 50gm gold and asked to make a kada and told him that i will pick it up a week later. i went to them 10 days later for pick up -as i was out of town-- the old guy and his son told me that someone showed my receipt on phone and picked it up. I've asked them its their liablity to hand over the product to right person and told them will take it up legally.
