I wasn't happy with the store because I payed for a nickels and I work alot of hours and my stuff was dropped no call are nothing and when I talked to the manager he said call are optional ok but the other store on park place where I spend alot of money does so I want be coming back to this store anymore and you walk in the store and they don't say hello are anything and when I asked him about the texts that I get from the other store he said he didn't no why I didn't get anything wowI wouldn't want any of my stuff in this store. If I could give nothing stairs ? I would this place is Trash

The manager and his employees are rude. They will tell you one thing about the rules and policies, but the next day its something totally different. I will stick to shopping with EZPAWN!

What a joke. The place was damn near empty of product. I brought in $4K worth of dewalt battery tools and asked them to step outside to see what I had before I haul it all in there. She brought a cart to load it up and bring inside without looking. Get inside unload everything and they offered $250.

Been coming here for years. Didn’t need to come until just this year. Apparently the originals owners sold and now they’re under new management. Their paperwork says one thing but they say another. How do you charge an interest charge if the debt was paid BEFORE the due date. Never had these problems with the last people. The customer service here.. lol. They knew what they were doing. I wouldn’t recommend coming here to my worst enemy. save your time.

With the previous company you could be sure that your things were safe even though you were far away with the change of Owners, very, very careful, if you are far away you will lose your assets ???

Don't want to really down anyone individually but they're not the brightest. I'm basing my review off of a jewelry transaction. Not where I would recommend going to. However if you have some shoes or a push lawnmower you came to the right spot.

The manager Daniel was awesome! He helped me when I was at the store and even helped with my 2 small toddlers while I was there. He was kind enough to give my kids some toys! This places is the best !

My one pawnshop to go to. The staff is always friendly and professional. Daniel's team is awesome. Highly recommend them, they loan the highest around here. Ruby will get you in and out if you are in a hurry, which I am almost all the time. They also have awesome sales and a variety of items to choose from.
