I went to Mondo's auto body after reading all the great reviews. I was quoted $200 to fix a bumper & $125 to fix some peeling clear coat on the passenger rear door. Now those are some good prices. I dropped the car off and I remembered I had a small dent on a fender by the passenger front tire which he said he would do that for $175. That's $500 and I think that's still a reasonable price. Mondo wrote an invoice for me that I should've read but I didn't. He itemized the bumper and fender work and didn't include the peeling of clear coat of the passenger rear door and invoiced me for the previously mentioned $500. I did not read the invoice. I am just recovering from Covid and am dealing with chronic fatigue. I read these nice reviews.. I picked up my car today 09/10/21 . I noticed the rear door was not painted. He said he did what was on the invoice. I asked him if he could honor what he verbally quoted me a few days ago. He insisted I look at the invoice. He did not honor his verbal quote. If he didn't agree with the original price he quoted me he could've brought that to my attention before doing any work and then the deal what of been off. But he deceived me! Per his verbal quote $125 of the $500 was to fix the rear door.. Mondo is SHADY!

Great customer service!! The owner is Kind. Their work is remarkable.. I went there to get my car fixed and I tell you. It was like nothing ever happened to my BABY (my car). And all with the quickness. 100% recommend
