These 5 stars all go to Henry - he’s one of the senior service people at Momentum BMW and HE IS ALL YOU NEED. You want responsive, knowledgeable, resourceful, detailed/thorough, and exceptional execution - ASK FOR HENRY.Cannot recommend him enough, and frankly the entire team at Momentum Collision (even the kind team who washes the car, the front desk person, I believe her name is Olivia).And Henry’s entire team in the back, I asked for a little extra buffing on a tiny spot I found, and they were extremely accommodating.Overall, 10/10 experience and I am so very grateful. Thank you, Henry, for the hand-holding every step of the way (that was my first scratch on my BMW, so it was a little traumatizing lol).

DONT GO HERE. Someone keyed my BMW 750 and I took it here to get repaired. They fixed all the scratches and repainted certain areas, but after that they buffed my entire car and damaged the paint on the whole car and claimed they weren’t the ones who did it. Clearly the people in this body shop are inexperienced. My entire car has swirls all over it. I tried to contact my service advisor and his manager several times about this and was ignored over and over. I took it to another place that details high end vehicles and they quoted me for a paint correction which costs about 500$. I shouldn’t have to pay for something a BMW collision center did to my vehicle.

I used to not be a fan of this place being a driver of Land rover for almost a decade. I never had a great experience of getting my car fixed or repaired in a timely manner however, the repair or fix would always turn out to be sufficient enough for me and my vehicle. So that’s a great ?However, I’ve had the biggest change of heart with this place, and truly admire everything that they have been doing for me and my vehicle for the past two years. I specifically want to mention Henry Bonilla, who has gone above and beyond for me multiple times, one night on a weekend I had to get my car towed because my tires went completely flat on me and Henry, who was not working at the time still was eager enough to respond to me and get back to me about dropping my car off to their lot and instructing me how to drop off. On the contrary, I’ve worked with other people at this place, who have never reached out to me regarding my car being there although I had been there for months, my experience with Henry however has changed it all for me he diligently gets back to me. Henry reports to me updates about my vehicle via email and text and phone, overall I think Henry Bonilla carries this entire place on his back. He connects me with the right person at Land Rover whom he trusts and will take care of me and the vehicle with the same care and support. He takes his career seriously and he’s very passionate towards his customers and I really appreciate all that he’s done for me and he does for this collision center! Thankfully they have people like Henry there, who takes his clients and their needs seriously, willing to pull strings and push forward every day to raise the standards of this place.

Henry Cabrera was excellent during the whole process.He dealt with the insurance,kept me updated on the status of my repair and gave me my car back in beautiful shape.I highly recommend him!!!!

Excellent customer service. My vehicle was repaired to my satisfaction and looks good as new! My service advisor, Nelson, was very professional and courteous and kept me well informed of my vehicle's status. He went above and beyond in working with a not very cooperative insurance company. Edith at the front desk was also very friendly and professional. I would definitely trust this collision center with my vehicle again.

I had a wonderful experience with Henri who took care of my car at Momentum when I needed some body work. Extremely nice and professional. He kept me informed all through the process of my repair and kept my cost down to a minimum, saving me money where I needed it. Sure rare to know someone who looks after the customer. He’s my go to guy for now on for sure

I’ve worked with many service advisors in the past and Henry Cabrera is the best! He responds back to every questions I have immediately. I just received my car back today and it looks absolutely amazing. Hopefully no issues of course but from the outside it looks great. I appreciate everything you guys did. Thank you so much.

The repair seems to have been well done. Took a bit longer than expected but not a biggie.The 2 star deduction is from the fact the day I went to pick up the car they found out the car needed a new rim and tire. How could they miss that?!?! Worrisome if it's something that's not as visible.So took an extra day to get our car and a wasted trip (although they did call to tell me not to come in - which I totally missed the message). And hope everything else is done right.Edith at the front desk was always very professional and quick. Nelson was responsive and I think did his best to keep things moving and kept me updated.

Nehemiah and Edith gave me first class service and with a smile I might add. After having my car less than 72 hours, I had an incident that led me to the body shop. I was devastated, but they quickly and efficiently helped me. I can't thank them enough.
