I inquired about an item they had listed for sale with $200 flat rate shipping. They took several days to calculate the shipping, which was actually $800+ dollars. This is a pretty significant discrepancy, and I really wanted to do business with this company, but seems a little insane to have such a poorly calculated shipping cost. Is it a bait and switch tactic or just complete negligence? Not sure. Peter the sales rep is friendly and helpful, despite the poor experience.

This company is an absolute pleasure to deal with. The product knowledge, expertise and pleasant dispositions of everyone that I have interacted with, make it easy to do business with them. They are also fast, efficient, communicative and honest. I highly recommend MODIA for all things AV, Home Entertainment and technology.

Nonexistent customer service. My husband and I stopped by to look at a new receiver for our media room. While walking through the showroom, we saw 2 men sitting and doing nothing. They never even greeted us.Retail store management wonder why people are buying products online or calling other establishments to do business. ZERO customer service is the reason!I refuse to beg someone to assist us when spending our money.Please note, we were the only customers in the store.Response to store comment:When my husband told the front desk associate that we were there to look at receivers, she referred us to John who never showed up. We did walk around your showroom and 2 employees passed us without acknowledgment. There was not a misunderstanding as far as we were concerned, especially since we were the only customers in your establishment. Your front desk associate did ask us questions as we were leaving (since John never showed up) as we had to wait for her to unlock the front door.No hard feelings however, I still view this as nonexistent/poor customer service.

Purchased a Frame TV on Amazon that was sold by MODIA. When it showed the tv was relievers, they had actually mailed me a letter instead of the tv. I called MODIA (The letter they sent me provided their number), and they told me the TV was no longer available and if I wanted the one they had available the price had changed and it was another $500. I told them I wasn’t paying anything else, keep in mind, I thought I was dealing with Amazon up to this point. After telling them no, they said they’d do it for $300 more and I need to send the money to pay pay account, which I again said no to.I was then transferred to the manager, Nick, who told me it would be $200 more….. I finally called Amazon and reported the MODIA and of course Amazon honored the price and sent me a new tv. This place seemed very shady and I would recommend to not buy from their website or on Amazon. Hopefully Amazon will shut them down before they try to scam more people.I am giving them 2 Stars, instead of 1 because at least they answered their phone.

I attempted to order a Samsung TV on Amazon during their Black Friday Deals. The third-party seller that was supposed to handle the delivery was named Modia. Amazon and Modia immediately charged my card. However, Modia never delivered my tv. The delivery date was continuously pushed back with no communication regarding why. At one point, a delivery driver texted me saying they wanted to deliver the TV "tomorrow," but I was unavailable at the recommended time. Later that week, I asked when delivery would be attempted again. Modia then made up a story about the tv being magically damaged so they were having it RE-shipped from a far away location. After 3 weeks of delays between Nov.21 - Dec. 9, I finally demanded a refund. The refund was completed. Then I posted a negative review on Amazon explaining that Modia never delivered my tv. Modia then called me repeatedly, asking me to take down my negative review in exchange for a $200 gift card. If you view Modia's customer reviews on Amazon you will see numerous 1 star reviews that now have a strikethrough them because those customers likely agreed to remove their accurate negative review.

I bought a floor pair of B&W 702 Signatures and a Rega P8 turntable at an excellent price. (Very price competitive) Couldn't be more happy. Amazing service!! FIVE STARS

Purchased a tv on Amazon that was supposed to be in stock at this location. After purchasing I was told they didn’t have the model I ordered in stock. Went in to the store and they gave me a newer/better model for no extra charge. Very patient and accommodating service from the salesman too. 5/5 stars, great customer service! Definitely recommend this location!

I bought a TV from this store via Amazon. The shipping label was printed on 12/28 but the item didn't ship until the 01/07. They stated they were closed for the holidays but obviously not "closed" enough to print the label and trick Amazon into thinking you shipped it and get paid.2 stars because I eventually did get the product in good condition.

This is a great place if you're wanting some hi-end speakers, speak with Adam and he'll help you out for sure. The sales people here are not pushy and they'll listen to you for sure. They are all so very patient and will take good care of you. They have a wide assortment of speakers and equipment, very well organized location.
