Modani has disturbingly poor management. My mother was charged $1000 for a table that was never delivered. Also, she was not reimbursed $200 for a returned item. It took almost 7 months of me calling the store for the manager, Casandra, to take action.Cassandra repeatedly (and firmly) explained that the problem was beyond her scope and provided me with a telephone number to text my order numbers and “explain the situation and they will handle it. I have done all that I can do on my end. It is out of my hands.”After following Cassandra’s directives, there was no response (not even a confirmation text). I called Cassandra twice (on different days) and left messages with the sales associates. After a couple more days, I reached Cassandra and she told me that I could also call the same telephone number that I texted if they did not respond. I shared that I already called and the phone just rings (there is no voicemail option).After finally reaching someone I was told, “I’m sorry but the manager at the store is the only person who can help with this. We don’t deal with items that weren’t delivered. I don’t know why they would give you this number.” After calling Cassandra and passing on the information, she seemed to become more active in finding a solution to Modani’s errors.Finally, after almost 7 months, Cassandra returned the funds to my mother. However, she was still charged a shipping fee of almost $200 for a table that was never delivered. I did the hard work of figuring out exactly what occurred. As the customer, I called Modani countless times, often never receiving a promised call back.After questioning the almost $200 shipping fee, Cassandra told me “I went to bat for you.” It sounded as though she was doing something more than is required as a manager at Modani. She also chastised me for the salesman’s errors when placing the order. However, Cassandra later told me “This won’t happen again because Paul will no longer be working at Modani.”I would like to show gratitude to William and Amy for always being friendly, thorough, and taking extra care by offering and wanting to help the many times that I have called the store. William is very very good. I am positive that he will be the best at whatever career path he chooses.

I was greeted immediately as I entered by this beautiful person, Will. I was instantly impressed and loved his energy and professionalism. This was my first visit to Modani, however, it will not be my last. If you want to be treated like royalty and are open to experienced, professional design consultants to assist your project, Modani and Will are a MUST!!! I loved my first experience!!! Thanks Will!

We were helped by Mr. Williams who did an amazing job recommending furniture for our living space as well as giving us advice on color/style. He made the process a breeze and he definitely didn’t pressure us into buying anything we didn’t want/need.
