I love the review that Robert Henry left for us that sours the rest of our excellent reviews. Rob, couple of pointers:1. We are mainly a precision rifle store that sells higher end products. Since we do not operate out of a very good neighborhood, we are selective in who we let in the door and have every right to do so being a small business owner. I would recommend that you stop by next time wearing something more than a dirty holy t-shirt. Instead of calling us unprofessional, I would argue that we are protecting our business from suspecting customers. We get notifications every week of break-ins related to FFL holders and take office safety seriously.2. There are two secretary's that work in the office. One works for the other business and the other is shared with our business. They cannot afford day care so they do have their kids with them at work every day. Shame on you for not being sympathetic of low income mothers and being a pr!ck.3. While we do appreciate customers that stop in to kick the tires, I recommend that you call any gun store that you visit before hand especially if you want something specific. That is what I typically do in order to make sure that they have what I need before I show up.4. I appreciate your recommendation to shut us down. This is the one that really gets under my skin. The owners all have day jobs and this is a side job that we are all very passionate about. You are the exact type of customer that I do not want coming in so I am glad that you were turned away. If you would like to have a cordial conversation, I would love to discuss the art of rifle building from an engineering aspect or shooting technique but that may be something that you do not care anything about. So I am going to flip this on you. I am recommending that any and all gun stores turn away Mr. Robert Henry Jr!

A+ company & owner. Did 40K worth of business with Lloyd two years back on some transferable machinegun purchases/trades. He is a pleasure to do business with. Great communication and easy to work with. Plan on reaching out later this year to make some more 5-figure purchases.

I highly recommend Mockingbird. LLoyd and his staff are highly knowledgeable and extremely helpful. They offer quick professional service and are always willing to answer questions. I emailed LLoyd for a VERY specific hard to get product, after a couple emails and a phone call the product was at my house the next day. It was much appreciated.

Managed by professionals, and I highly recommend. A couple of pointers for the passerby: Mockingbird is a store for those that appreciate fine craftsmanship in a firearm.I’d recommend calling beforehand to make sure this is the store for you.If you’re looking buy a Hi-Point, I’d recommend Academy.

Severely overpriced. You will be better off going anywhere else. Also, its not really a gun store. More like a storage closet in the back of another business.

They prejudice rude and full of ish. They held me at the door. It looks more like a day care center than a gun store. They are very unprofessional. I'll never return to spend my money in this place on any appointment only policy. No wear did it say that they don't expect walk in customers. They need to be shut down.
